This was my second time at the Hampton venue and we were sat downstairs this time. The cubicles were nice and cozy and you felt like you had your own little corner of the restaurant all to yourselves. The sushi was super fresh as per usual and I tried the tofu for the first time as was pleasantly surprised by how tasty and crispy it was.

First time taking my brothers here and as usual it did not disappoint. We had a nice seat by the window upstairs and we had a great time. As per usual service was top quality and we rarely had to wait more than a minute or two to order.

I usually go to the caulfield store, however this one was just as good if not better because it has two levels!

My favourite Okami ! Exceptional service and food. Would highly suggest this place if you want a good experience. Thank you

All you can eat and great you can order as many dishes as you like and they come out quickly. Food was average quality, so based on that I wouldn't be keen to go back

Food was coming to slow, waited 15-20 minutes to get part of the order and some part never arrived.

It was hard to find a waiter to come over to order more food. Its an all you can eat but seems like they get annoyed when you keep ordering. The way they put the plates on the table there is no thought process. We had a booking of 10 and they put all meat dishes on one end and salads on the other end instesd of spreading it out evenly. And then more but cant be bothered writing anymore

Premises looking worse for wear, lots of chips in crockery too. Food was slow to arrive and when it did it was pretty mediocre. Some dishes didn't match the menu photos, e.g. sushi sashimi platter had only half the pieces pictured. With all-you-can-eat we could have ordered a second portion, but elected not to as the service was so slow and kitchen was closing soon. One dish (rice) never came. Soft drink was flat. Personable staff was the only plus, but we still wouldn't bother returning or trying another branch to be honest.

So yummy and quick great service. We will be back.

For a Japanese restaurant, it was probably focused too much on all you can eat! Was an OK experience but not amazing

It would be better if there are more dish selections and miso soup was warmer. It's disappointing that you aren't allowed to have more than one for each dessert menu.

Great location and service, food was definitely appropriate for the all you can eat price, and a great place to go for families and friends groups! Definitely a more casual than formal atmosphere, but lots of noise and fun.

Great food thoroughly enjoyed brought friends from abroad at the end of their trip was great.
