Premises looking worse for wear, lots of chips in crockery too. Food was slow to arrive and when it did it was pretty mediocre. Some dishes didn't match the menu photos, e.g. sushi sashimi platter had only half the pieces pictured. With all-you-can-eat we could have ordered a second portion, but elected not to as the service was so slow and kitchen was closing soon. One dish (rice) never came. Soft drink was flat. Personable staff was the only plus, but we still wouldn't bother returning or trying another branch to be honest.

So yummy and quick great service. We will be back.

For a Japanese restaurant, it was probably focused too much on all you can eat! Was an OK experience but not amazing

It would be better if there are more dish selections and miso soup was warmer. It's disappointing that you aren't allowed to have more than one for each dessert menu.

Great location and service, food was definitely appropriate for the all you can eat price, and a great place to go for families and friends groups! Definitely a more casual than formal atmosphere, but lots of noise and fun.

Great food thoroughly enjoyed brought friends from abroad at the end of their trip was great.

Very busy and understaffed. There weas some delay berween entrees & Main course. Also some delay as lost drink order.

No taste, not much choice at all, squeezed in between other people that i could smell other people aftershave while eating, my seaweed salade was no salade just very sweet swimming seaweed thrown onto a plate. definitely the worst all you can eat experience own cooking taste better

Okami Restaurant is great . Okami has something for everyone. The ambiance is lovely, the service is impeccable, and the food is simply divine. I highly recommend Okami for anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience.

Lots of good food on offer, bit difficult for vegetarians in terms of main course but there are still some options. The seaweed salad was very nice.

Havent been here for a while, now more visiting Okami in Mornington. Big difference in food quality, much much better in Mornington. Basically the tempura was uneatable. Just very thick suggy diep fried dough. Big dissapointment. Also more choice of food in Mornington

food was amazing. only issue we had was access and being so close to the tables next to us. apart from that ut was great

The new management has ruined the warm atmosphere of the restaurant. QR code ordering that is disorganised and glitchy and staff that are so overworked they don’t have time to manage a smile.

Good but seemed a little off today as food wasn’t quite on point as it always is was still nice just not fantastic as normal

Usually love Okami, but gone down hill a little (long time Okami customer across a few restaurants). The food was still great, but it came out in a weird order and very random and long times in between. The QR order was good, but as it was so slow couldn’t remember what we ordered and no history. The $9 Japanese drinks had half in size again. Not worth it

Efficient but n8t warm welcone. Quick to push us to electronic ordering whuch we declined stating it us too hard when one needs to vary an order ie no fish ir seafood. Gent reluctantly took our order but still brought out fish.. Waiters not in any hurry to take orders. Food delivery was fast and delicious

The new ordering format was poor and slow. By 9.30 we were still waiting for several meals to arrive, the waiter came over to say the kitchen was closing, he took our orders again, all the meals then arrived at the same time

Booked for two only to find out on arrival that our table was squeezed into a tight little corner of the restaurant in which I could barely fit into my chair and right next to an exit door. Why even bother putting a table in that space.

It was our first visit & first Japanese dining experience for one. Most enjoyable, thanks.

It was ok not the best Japanese food. Definitely filled me up but was not the best environment
