Food Staff and Service all very good. Very Well done.

Ordering system terrible. Service was slow and had to ask to turn the air-conditioning down and for wine glasses. Very different to other times we've been there

The food was great as usual. I really don’t like QR code ordering as it is very impersonal so I requested to order through the waiting staff. The waitress was very attentive and gave great service.

Some of the food was so cold and took ages to come to the table. there was water spilt on the table that wasn’t cleaned and we had to wait till the end to actually ask for a jug of water to drink from, and then when we asked for icecream at the end after about 10-15 minutes it didn’t come so we just left. Not a very good experience

Food and service was great. A few items came a little later than others but overall happy with our experience.

The food is nice but some of our order did not come and after 50 minutes to 1 hour we were told that we can’t order anymore and instead offered dessert and the end of our section. I’ve been there many time before this is the first time and will be the last. Today staff were not friendly and don’t care about the customers at all could’ve get the old staff back better.

Food took so long to come out which was unfortunate

Virtually empty restaurant and we were crammed in between two other tables of two very close together. In a quiet room it felt like we were all sitting on the one table and it was extremely awkward and uncomfortable

Food was great as usual, but the service was much slower than previous visits. They were busy but it took a long time for our food to arrive.

Food is pretty good on some dishes, many reported the seafood was not up to standard. Disappointed on the wait times between dishes coming out, Large party only allowed to use 1 QR code reader to submit our orders meaning that one person did not have a relaxing time at all, being constantly hounded for get this, get that. There were a few times where we were waiting for (any) food to arrive and given we only had 2 hours, waiting for 20 mins (happened twice) to get 2 or 3 dishes for a large group was not good. Even the salad dishes which are pre-prepared! Some dishes arrived after the icecream! Some never arrived at all. All agreed that we wont be going back again.

Food is always really good. Service was average. A dish that we ordered as soon as we got there was served virtually right at the end. In fact I had to check whether I in fact had ordered it.

Half the food that we ordered never came. We constantly had to ask when the food will be coming. Understandable that it was busy, but time between meals was very long.

Fabulous in every way. Staff were exceptional. Food was fantastic.

The food came out quite slowly and a few of my orders did not go through due to some technical issue. This is our third Okami restaurant we tried and its been the slowest. The food is ok and staffs were friendly.

It was weird not having a menu in front of me, didn't realise that everything is now online. The food was so lovely and the customer service was incredible

Sushi dishes were quite cold directly from the fridge. I would've been better if they were less cold. Ice cream was already melted or not frozen like how it should be from the freezer. Overall, good dishes & service.

If you like fresh quality dishes then it’s a must visit to experience and try all the different dishes on the menu
