Taste is average. Similar taste for most items serving is fast responsive.

Great food. Very friendly service. It would be nice to be able to see a tally of what food had been ordered, delivered and was still to come to make ordering for a large group easier but the food was very fresh and was delivered quickly.

Service was a little disappointing as the staff was not very attentive but goos food.

Food and service was great, definitely will come back and recommended to friends.

As we hadn’t been for a little while it would have been nice to have it explained that you don’t take orders any more.

The new QR code system is a great idea, a lot quicker and a lot more efficient than having to wait for a waiter to come and take our orders and it reduces the possibility of the waiters taking down the orders incorrectly. My wife and I had almost given up on Okami altogether after the bad service we got at Okami in Pakenham, where waiters would just dump the food down on the table and walk away, as though they were feeding a dog. We complained about that a number of times to the manager at Pakenham Okami and he told us, that's just how they do it. We made an online booking with Okami in Narre Warren, with a special request that they don't serve us in the same manner, we brought this to the attention of the manager when we arrived at Okami Narre Warren and he assured us that we will be asked who each dish is for, which did happen except for one time. There were a couple of dishes that we returned because they were served cold and they were meant to be hot, there is no way to request "no ice"in a drink when ordering it from the QR code and my wife doesn't like ice in her drinks. Okami is still not a restaurant that we will be rushing back to but our recent experience at Okami Narre Warren was a vast improvement on our previous experience with Okami Pakenham.

Some order are need to wait a long time to wait.

Great food and great value for money. Will definitely visit many more times in 2025

Cannot be beat best okami in the area food is always fresh quick and great staff.

The only feedback I have is that the staff should not start cleaning the tables and mopping the floors while guests are still enjoying their dinner in the restaurant.

We weren't offered menus only ordering via QR Code. We hate this type of ordering, especially in a group as it is way too difficult. More than one member of our group was new to Okami so needed a menu to look at, none were offered. Most of the deserts were unavailable. The food was average.

Food and service was great. The restaurant was quite noisy, the space could use something such as carpet, curtains, sound dampeners to help and try reduce some of the noise.

Great food & service. However, the price had gone up again & I wasn’t a big fan of how the menu has gone digital. Missed having a menu to look through at the table. Also missed bowls at the table. The new little flat plate is quite difficult to eat from with chopsticks. Not enough lip on the sides for rice to be picked up. (Easy to spill). But food was very nice! Great Gyoza!

Not a good experience in ordering. They need to have.a proper mechanism to keep customers noted about what they order ans what have been delivered. We didn't get what we ordered and even staff couldn't properly verify when requested. If customers are requested to place orders, they should also kept up-to-date with order status.

Food was great. Service was great as well. Dinning area floor was so slippery walking on ice. This need to be rectify ASAP. Somebody is going to be hurt very soon.

Hi - I am normally a big fan of Okami food however yesterday I felt the quality of the food was not great.

They prefer you to order through the QR code. We chose to order through the waiter. Found those that used the QR code got better service and food quicker. They forgot our sushi platter twice upon ordering it. Floor surface was very slippery. My mother in law struggled to get grip with her walking stick. But food was nice.

The food was good. It was very crowded and noisy. Apart from that the service was prompt.

Service was really good (the team there are really nice and helpful), the food was good, but just one thing brought down the rating - the wasabi. I know it sounds petty, but given you're eating sushi and sashimi the wasabi should not feel like and taste like little blobs of sand. Other than this , the service was quick and efficient!

The food is great, we go here regularly now as it’s what my kids like to eat too, sushi and teriyaki steak.

Just not happy with the new ordering system . I sat near the toilet and was unsatisfied. There should not have table there. The ice cream was very very hard to eat . Th waiter forgot order sometime.
