The service was amazing. They now have an app where you can order your food and it comes directly to you and pretty fast too. This has saved both us and them time instead waiting for service and them having to attend to many people. The only downside to this is you can't change anything on the menu. (Eg. No sauce on the sausages etc) so youll have to ask a staff member to do that but that was no biggie! Was pleased with the food but I wish they had some sort of fresh salad as most of it is just carbs. They do have veggies but they aren't very appealing. My favourite dish is the chicken Katsu curry noodles!

Our visit was lovely and the staff were very friendly and accomodating of our “surprise” guests from overseas who got there before the opening time and before us!

Our usual go to place for lunch/dinner but this time we took 2 relatives from Netherlands for dinner with us here and they loved the food they ordered.

The restaurant was extremely crowded on a busy Friday night, and unfortunately, the staff was quite unfriendly. The food took a long time to be prepared, and most tables, including ours, were left waiting. The ordering system was not working properly, which resulted in our food not arriving as expected. We had to wait over 20 minutes, and even then, only one or two small dishes were served for our group of seven. Considering we spent nearly $400, the experience did not feel worth the price. The person who appeared to be the restaurant owner showed no remorse for the issue and instead blamed me, claiming that I hadn’t ordered properly. This made me even more frustrated. I hope the restaurant can address these issues to improve service for future guests.

Great service, very professional and polite staff. The food is amazing, overall a really great restaurant and reasonably priced. Can’t recommend enough, one of our favourite places to have dinner.

Hot food arrived cold to the table and way too much food came out at once making it impossible to eat hot. It seemed like the food had been sitting out for a while, not the freshest. We both felt very ill after the meal which has never happened with an Okami dining experience before. Will not be returning to this Okami location again.

Average at best. Bland food that bears little resemblance to traditional Japanese cuisine. The back door to the outdoor area was wide open and it was 11 degrees outside and freezing cold from our table. The mains were bland and flavourless. It's cheap for a reason. I'll never be back.

Food was 8/10 really great, received dishes we didn’t order Though, 2/3 got there drinks within 15 mins however mine didn’t make it out until 50 mins since I ordered! Service is great however and wait staff are fabulous

Food was exceptional. The place was very noisy. We had a group and food was all left at one end which meant we weren’t sure what had actually been left in some cases. Waiter was great and took our order manually as for some reason the restaurant is now ordering by QR CODE which was not comfortable for our group. $10 corkage per bottle is outrageous and that alone will stop any revisit. Also the fact that there is no split the bill any more. Thankfully they did allow us to do this as we were unprepared for this change. In a set menu restaurant I do not see the reason for not allowing this. This will also factor into us not wishing to return unfortunately. Also, an unhealthy insistence on cash, although when pushed they did take a card.
