We always love returning to Paul’s . The food, service and atmosphere is always top shelf. It’s a place we will always go back to, reliable big plate of seafood deliciousness!!!
Fantastic servings and great value. Love going to Pauls seafood, its my favourite in Norwood. Thankyou Pauls Seafood!! X
Beautiful food and amazing service. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming!
Great service, attentive but not over powering, especially as we had not all seen eat other for 18mths and lots to chat about. Beautiful seafood, excellent experience
Had the King George Whiting which was delicious!! Also tried the crumbed prawns which I recommend!
Beautifully cooked fish as usual. Hasn’t changed but doesn’t need to.
great sea food and fast service for table of 4.
Great service and food is amazing. Would’ve got a 6 but it was freezing in there tonight ❄️
Paul's is a bit of an institution on the Parade and I suspect not much has changed in the last 20 years. The seafood is good but it would want to be as there is no imagination here - just chosen seafood, salad and chips. If I went to the pub I could get the same and likely cheaper. I just wanted something more.
Excellent as usual 10 stars. If you want a proper meal, with lots of food then go to Pauls Seafood in Norwood. Im not a fan of fine dining and minimal listic food rations, Pauls offers full plate of food and its BEAUTIFUL.
Beautifully cooked fresh seafood that is well priced. Waitress asked us if we were ready to order one minute after we sat down. Told her we would like to start with a drink first. I asked her for water and was ignored. I doubt whether she has had any formal hospitality training. Otherwise, a great meal and we’ll definitely be back.
A very pleasant experience. Friendly service and lovely seafood. I had salt and pepper squid as entree followed by crumbed snapper which was cooked to perfection. My wife had crumbed KG Whiting which was very good. Good size serves accompanied by tartare sauce although I notice that the complimentary bread is not happening anymore.
"Good food. excellent service. Could be a bit slower in serving food.
Awesome food and service seafood was cooked perfectly ❤ 😊
Warm and friendly and the food was great!! Awesome! loved it
Greatest food on the Parade, friendliest staff. Great location and good times.
Overpriced, over battered and and now husband feels ill. Would not recommend at all!!
The food was not value for money. Entree, prawn cocktail bowl was fill to the brim of lettuce leafs with 4 medium prawns laying on top for $18.00 presentation poor. Main meal crumbed prawns over cooked. Poor serves, still waiting for my water.
Our first time there. We sat upstairs on the balcony - a beautiful way to share a meal and celebrate a birthday. Will definitely go back again
Seafood and wedges cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. Service was really lovely too.
The food was very fresh, nice and hot and of generous proportions.
It's always a friendly and rewarding experience at Pauls on the parade. Excellent food and wine served in a relaxed and pleasing atmosphere. Well done!
Magnificent tasty seafood meal. Would definitely recommend Paul's to other seafood lovers. Great King George whiting and calamari dishes. Restaurant was also very nice and cosy.
Great Food, great atmosphere, the prices are starting to creep up. As long as the food stays good we will be going there. Tom, Salisbury heights
Have been going to Paul's fish cafe for 30 years. I've travelled the world extensively and I believe that King George Whiting is the best fish going and so beautifully cooked by the staff at Paul's.
Great fresh local fish served with salad and chips , good service, nice relaxed setting. I ate the flounder grilled which was delicious. Would go again.
Finer seafood you will not find. Grilled seafood was fresh and full of flavour. An institution on the Parade that continues to satisfy those who seek good hearty fare.
Efficient friendly staff, delicious food and good atmosphere. Wasn’t rushed in anyway, food arrived promptly hot and well cooked drinks list had good veriety would recommend.
Very friendly good service, good food. Great atmosphere and great central location. Staff are excellent, the table location was good and the lighting was good.
Great to be able to go to a classic seafood restaurant serving great fish. Service was very good, even though they were really busy and the price was excellent.
Amazing quality food at a great price and always an amazing experience and service served by polite and considerate staff. Never a bad experience here.
I think this place is great the staff are lovely and helpful and the fish is cooked to absolute perfection would highly recommend this place
Service was good, did ask for a carafe of water but never came but not a big deal. Food was delicious, generous proportions. Will come back
Good service. Meals come very quickly suggest if you want to have a really good night delay ordering meal until you have had first drink.
Excellent food and service was warm but not overwhelming. The fish was fresh and the salads fresh. Uncomplicated dishes. Not much variety, but what they have is excellent!
The seafood was beautiful - we had garfish, prawns, scallops and calamari between us. Huge serves. Batter was lovely and light, enjoyed the old-style potato chips.
The quality of the fish was great. The chips, lovely - crunchy on the outside, soft inside and piping hot. Nice fresh salad leaves - tomatoes tasteless. Very good friendly staff. Paul's totally hits the spot for great fish and chips in a clean welcoming environment. Had a glass of Petaluma Sav Blanc with it, perfect!
Great range a seafood to choose from. All fresh and delicious! Staff were friendly and helpful. It would be nice to sit outside on the deck overlooking the Parade on a warm night.
Poor service; mediocre food; booking was for 8pm and at 8:25 staff started to clean tables, sweep carpets, take out garbage. So we left. On paying, what I thought was a high price for what we received, the person at the till made no conversation. No “how was the meal?” No “thank you”. Nothing was said. Very rude. Will not return
Lovely fresh seafood cooked simply making the seafood the hero of the dish. Very generous serves and a very extensive menu. Wait staff very friendly and helpful.
We had a Seafood Platter and it was cooked really well and everything tasted very fresh. Perhaps the presentation needs an upgrade as all the seafood came out on a flat dinner dish and the chips were on our individual plates. But the main thing is it tasted good. Service was quick and staff friendly.
Paul's Seafood is all about quality. D W and I selected the shared seafood platter for lunch. For both quality and quantity -- In a word ...........Superb. We will return very soon.
This restaurant is an Adelaide institution and it is easy to see why: fresh ingredients, simple but perfectly executed recipes, prompt and competent service and a perfect list of wines to accompany the fish. Portions are generous. I was in a party of 5, and we all were totally happy with the experience.
