Food is of consistently good standard here and service is very good

The food here is of a high standard. This was a pre-theatre meal so we have only tried a very limited range of dishes and on this and previous visits all have been very good!

Consistently a fabulous experience in this Red Emperor on Southgate. That’s why we keep coming back. The service is impeccable and so of course is the food.

Service was very good. Especially liked the "Lime, Lemon and Bitters". Made just right, unlike some restaurants and bars.

The food were excellent. Traditional and authentic Chinese cooking. Will come back again.

Our experience was ok. We were there for Dim Sum. I had to get up and ask for certain dishes, and eventually, they told us that some people don't like some of the food and they don't make a lot of it, so if we wanted, for example, chicken feet or tripe etc. we would have to order it from the menu. It is a trolley service and it was slow and the choices were very limited. I was quite disappointed especially since I took a few friends for their first time experiencing Dim Sum.
