Definitely the best bbq you can go too, food quality, freshness, taste, and overall service and quantity is by far the best bbq I’ve been too and I’ve tried out several over Sydney. I have come back to this place about 12 times and never have I wanted to return to any other one. I recommend this place to everyone and anyone who takes on my advice and visits this place is not disappointed. It ends up being one of their favourite places to eat at too. The selection is amazing there is something for everyone. The staff are quick and do what they have to do there’s no stuffing around. Sometimes there is about a 10 minute wait on rice but that’s standard u can’t rush a rice cooker 😂 but over all for price of what you get honestly you can’t ask for more it’s amazing. (Soft drinks are included in this one😱)

Had an unexpected extended wait time, however, we were a group of 11. They also provided us with reasonable redress upon the conclusion of the evening. It could at times be hard to get a waitress to place our orders with and the plates became progressively smaller as the evening went on. That all said, overall a pleasant enough dining experience and one that I am sure we will repeat at a late daet/time.

Good value for the price you pay here in Hurstville. In the city area, similar buffet would cost at least $100. But I’d say, quality of sashimi could improve.

This place is amazing! The quality is good for Wagyu beef and not too expensive. It’s definitely worth it visiting Rokko if you’re craving Yakiniku and in the area. Service is also 🙌🏼

Once again, Rokko did not disappoint! Tried a few things I’d never had before and was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend the AAALLLLL the wagyu options. I usually can’t stand the taste of kimchi but I couldn’t get enough of the kimchi here. Service, once again, top tier 👌🏼 Rokko has definitely fast become our favourite date night spot.

We went for the AYCE buffet - $79/adult .. absolutely worth every dollar. Huge variety of meats, seafood, veg and sides, sodas included, though limited to Coke/Zero, Lemonade and Lemon Lime and Bitters. The food quality was impeccable, the atmosphere was inviting, the staff were friendly but I do have to give a special mention to the guy who waited on us first. VERY friendly and helpful, gave us excellent recommendations as we were first timers and had no clue whatsoever lol - I can’t, for the life of me, remember his name but I believe he said he’s only been working there 3 months, had the most positive attitude, even when we were taking a little longer to order/eat than we would’ve liked. Would highly recommend going on a Monday night as it is fairly quiet and relaxed, service was quick and there was no wait time as it wasn’t too busy. Thank you, Rokko, for making our very first Japanese BBQ experience absolutely perfect. 10/10, highly recommend.
