I don’t know what was going on in the kitchen but we waited an hour before we got the entree...we were offered a drink on the house...but we needed food more! The food was Ok but not great. It wasn’t a great experience overall

Lovely food. Great service - they even moved my wife and I to a table by the window without our request.

with all the hooha I expected more.Over priced.Perhaps one expects too much.Was thinking of a similar Restaurant many years ago which was exceptional when visited.

The service was fantastic and they even acknowledged a special birthday which made our evening. However I do believe the food didn’t reflect the price, we didn’t experience anything different to a pub meal which in hindsight was disappointing and for a renowned seafood restaurant the calamari was as tough and chewy as a rubber band. Sammy’s has always been on my wish list, but now, been there done that and like I said the service was amazing, so much so I will say the service is five star, the food sadly nowhere near that.

We had a lovely seafood dinner. The scallops we shared for our entree were the best we have ever eaten and the snapper was excellent. The beef and reef was good too but I prefer scotch fillet to porterhouse.

We eat in many different cities Sammy,s was very nice but for $300 platter we walked out only just satisfied, could be slightly bigger for money. All in all though we will come back.

It was quiet due to the cold night meaning the service was very prompt. My scallop entree was very tasty as was my wife’s snapper main. Will go back. A must visit for seafood lovers!

Friendly services and the lunch time special 3 courses for $49 great value for money. We have book our Christmas function in the Balcony Room upstairs that have great views.

Beautiful food, great location & the staff were all very welcoming and exceptional at their job.

We enjoyed a very special night as it was our wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived staff were friendly and efficient. Food was delicious and delivered very quickly. Our waitress Lisa surprised us with a special dessert to celebrate our special date (42years!). Looking over the water to a calming sunset was perfect. We will be returning for sure.
