Great food. Great service. Will definitely be back. The Sammy’s Platter was delicious. The location was great. Emma was a fantastic waitress. Just a reminder- Leave the chips (as nice as they are) til last!

We were treated like valued customers.... and when every bite has u making noises , well that speaks for itself 😋..... we both thoroughly enjoyed the seafood and will be going back to try something different

Service was fantastic and the food tasty although overpriced... I guess you're paying for the view although we were all seated well away from the windows!

Waitress was poor. Did not know what the ‘specials’ we for the evening Ask our guest to sniff the cognac prior to selecting which one he would like! Wanted to quickly bring our courses - as the kitchen staff wanted to finish.

Food was amazing couldn't fault the food. but service wasn't the best. We weren't offered a second drink. Once our food came we weren't spoken to again until we paid. We actually went elsewhere for a drink.

Very nice food. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals. My char grilled octopus was excellent. The staff were outstanding. They were efficient and friendly An excellent night out.

Booked online , but table not ready on arrival . For an expensive restaurant , the overall aesthetic was not high end , if not tired . Food was nice , but overpriced for overall quality , and servers really lacked experience and finess ;eg drinks not attended to , slack with knowing who ordered which meal ( should be easy with a table of three ) Perhaps a fussy diner here , but a cafe feel with restaurant expectation .

Great food, and amazig service in a fantastic setting. Jayden looked after perfectly and made the whole experience perfect on a special night. We will be returning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Sammy’s. Superb fresh seafood, well chosen accompanying wine and excellent service. It was a great way to celebrate our 52nd wedding anniversary.

Everything was great... the food, the service, the compny. Of course, nothing is ever 100% perfect. But they did a suppurb job, and we were very happy, thank you!

The food, staff & service was absolutely the best, had chard grilled octopus, Atlantic salmon & salt pepper squid couldn’t fault anything. Thanks for the great meal and wine.

Loved the setting, food was magnificent and well presented. Our water was very courteous and helpful explaining our seafood platter to us, also topped our wine up regularly. All in all a very pleasant evening and would recommend this restaurant.

The service was perfect. The food was delicious. Was a bit disappointed that there were two latge birthday parties in the dining area as we had hoped for a quiet dinner.

Beautiful location, food was excellent as was the service, and we visited on a public holiday. Would highly recommend. Only criticism was paper table clothes.

Sammy's on the Marina is well located with views out to the sea. There are other restaurants and bars near by so the atmosphere is vibrant on a Saturday night. We had a table indoors but close to the outdoor area which was great as the night we were there was warm and summery . We were spoilt for choices with the menu and ended up ordering the deluxe seafood platter, which we really enjoyed. The service was good and we had a thoroughly enjoyable night.

Sammys food was absolutely delicious. The waiting staff very friendly and efficient. Was there for Valentine's day. Maybe a rose for each couple eould have bern a nice touch. The only disappointment wax the coffee.

It was amazing! Really good food everything perfectly cooked and good sized meal. The service was excellent and all staff members where very friendly helpful!

Arrived half hour early which wasn’t a problem with staff. Excellent waiting staff particularly young female who recommended a particular wine which was rejected by my wine snobbish ( dear friend ). We both had to agree that the recommended wine was far superior. We shared theDeluxe Platter but could have done ( jokingly ) about how well we had attacked it! Mind you we didn’t manage to complete the platter but it was absolutely superb. On a personal note I am not sophisticated in such surroundings but I was never made to feel inadequate to be a guest. My heartfelt thanks to the staff of Sammy’s. Chr

Great food, service and location! Don’t need to head overseas to receive all 3. I will happily recommend Sammy’s to all my family and friends.

What a meal and enjoyable experience. Went to celebrate my Birthday and Daughters Birthday and my other daughters engagement to her boyfriend of 4 years who all came from Chicago to visit us in Adelaide. Jo made our dinner a great experience. I am sure that me and my husband will be back!

Food was very nice and fresh nice atmosphere lots of laughs and enjoyment and the waitress was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was the table was outside and it was cold and windy other than that it was a good experience for us.

the restaurant is very good, service and food are amazing. it has a very good view of the marina and very easy to go to beach.

The food was AMAZING ! It's just the toilets were not up to standard for a expensive restaurant. It was dirty,broken door handles and small. But the restaurant was beautiful!

I was a bit disappointed with the overall service at Sammy's. I think they must have been training staff but we had a waiter that delivered two incorrect drinks to us and then we also had some oysters that were off.

A Fabulous dining experience and a perfect setting. The food was amazing and the service was great and all staff very friendly. I really enjoyed my birthday celebrations at Sammy's. Will definitely be back!

Seafood platter for 2 was tiny. Not what it used to be....bit sad and VERY disappointing! As it was a special occasion it ended up being a real disappointment!!!

Excellent food, magnificent view over the water. We were there with friends from interstate so lots of catching. Staff were attentive but never pushy. Thanks for a great experience

Food was average hubby said I make better oysters kilpatrick at home and for scallop entree $21.90 for 4 scallops very expensive the service slow

We had a great time at Sammys. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. We will definitely be going back and recommending to friends and family.

Excellent service even though it was a very busy night and staff were under pressure. Everyone was friendly ,food arrived looking good and tasted fresh and well cooked.

Ordered martinis and it did NOT have any olives! Not happy. When questioned staff, they shrugged and ignored our request for olives. The menu stated it came with olives!!!!

Fresh SA seafood at its best. Sammy’s is always a delightful experience. Good size servings. Great selection from our waters complimented by our SA great wines

The meal was lovely. Service was great especially our waiter was funny as well. Seeing mother dolphin and baby in marina was an added touch.

Food and service exemplary, environment excellent. Nothing was too much for them to attend to and all done with a warm smile showing that it was all genuine.

Lovely location overlooking the sea and Patawalonga outlet - the seafood was delicious (but an additional piece of lemon would go well with crumbed fish) The service was excellent. Definitely on my list as a place to book for that special celebration- we arrived early before the lunch rush, and enjoyed a quiet drink and conversation before ordering. Highly recommended.
