A lovely lunch with our group of ladies. Delicious meal and great view!

Food took far too long to come. Even entrees were over an hour. Service was terrible as they were way too understaffed! Some people had finished eating before others even got their meals

The waitress /manager was amazing. She went out of her way to ensure we were looked after even though there were 2 large groups celebrating as well in the restaurant.

Food and service ten out of ten! We loved it!

Staff were great. Fish & Steak cooked beautifully, however the swordfish portion was considerably smaller compared to the Meat. It was a thinner slice and even though the chat potatoes were cooked beautifully, the small portion of protein left me feeling unsatisfied and empty after a long day! Oysters were very expensive & had shell left on them. I found the small gluten free chocolate & strawberry dessert to be yummy, however my Dinner Partner thought his was a , “bit oldish”! Overall more than fair with the great service from staff & the spot on cooking of the proteins.

Great Waitress friendly helpful. Gr8 views. Portion was very small. Fish great but came with a few measly bits of broccoli. Glad wife shared some of her extra ordered veggies.

The food at sandbar was amazing. The flavours were delicious and presentation was very pleasing to the eye. We were very impressed. My only negative point was the outside of the restaurant was very poorly lit and hard to figure how where to enter the building. Otherwise a very pleasant place to dine. Thankyou!

Great service. Delicous meal. The Calamari share plate was fresh and tasty. The Fresh Barramundi main courses were beautifullly presented. Highly recommend this place.

Very disappointed there was no seafood platter. We weren’t notified about this before hand. Even though it was advertised. $8 stubbies of beer even though they are part of the bowling club.

We were absolutely delighted with the Sandbar restaurant. It’s a beautiful spot , lovely friendly staff , delicious meals and drink prices were excellent. We will definitely be returning on our next stay at Evan’s Head NSW .

We had a lovely dinner with friends & everything was perfect. Food, service & cost was all excellent.

As always the service was delightful with exceptionally welcoming wait staff who made sure we were happy and enjoying our food from start to finish. The meal was divine, we started with oysters which we always love and the seaweed scallops melted in our mouths. Next we had the pork belly with Asian greens and the roasted pumpkin with the coconut dressing was the perfect combination. Being a hot day a few ceiling fans would be nice,also the plates were cleared away whilst others were still eating, quite annoying
