Great quality food with excellent choice. Staff are always very helpful and kind.

Great as always Would be good to be able to share the tablet around on the larger tables

Staff were lovely! The only issue is that some items of food that we ordered did not arrive. We had to ask two servers to bring out the noodles that we ordered (we even showed on our ordering tablet that we did indeed order the items!).

The food here and the attitude of the staff and waiters are pretty good. The environment is also clean. Will visit again next time

Delicious and with a very good range of variety. Due to COVID, no self service of food so the staff will bring your food selection over, very patient and speedy service been provided. Will definitely go back.

Love the environment and food. Great selection for both the hot pot and sushi. Drinks are expensive and service can be slack as it’s like they have 2 waiters only manning 50 tables at a time.

I am so amazed at the service and my experience at Shabuhouse! The food was divine and the service was just great. Everyone was so lovely and so friendly. Will definitely be back and can't wait to tell everyone I know to dine here!

Good customer service. Speedy delivery of the food. Love the new ordering system. However, if the the wombok and Choy sum can chopped little larger pieces, it will be even better. Hard to get it in the hotpot with chopsticks.

Took too long to bring foods for us. We had to wait 1/2 hour to have food, my kids felt sleepy, they’re not happy with that.
