Our waitress ruined our dining experience. Incredibly rude and hostile, ruined a place I normally very much enjoy.

It is always lovely eating at this restaurant. On special night it can be extremely busy but the staff and owners’ passion and dedication to their patrons is just wonderful.

We arrived a bit early but were seated straight away and someone came to take our drinks order very quickly. Once food was ordered it didn’t take long before it all arrived together and was delicious. We will definitely be returning.

Food was good & the service was great, always staff around to check on drinks.

We ordered a pasta and it was undercooked. The creamy sauce was very thin and watery. Had a very bad experience with the food

Table was too small for a group of 7. Could not fit 6 dishes on the table. Was not comfortable sitting and eating

Good food, great prices and good wait times but the service really let it down, the girl working the back area was very rude and standoffish. Man at the front counter was very nice which brought the service score up slightly

Very popular restaurant evident when we were reminded when checking in that out table was available for only 1.5 hours. Every time one of us finished our plate, the waiters rushed to clear our plates. Felt like we were being hurried along to make the table available for the next customer. We don't expect this to change despite the review! Food was very nice.

One of the waiters was miserable and rude the cutlery was worn and dirty and over all a bit of an eh place to eat, food was yummy though well done chefs

Quality and quantity were spot on. Really enjoyed it. The restaurant is clearly popular with huge turnover. Front of house was busy organising things and came across as a little bit rude.

We have been going to Siena’s for probably 20 years. Haven’t been for a few months. Good service. Entree - not impressed - Italian sausage overcooked/hard some burnt, lots of greens/dressing. Olives/fetta, again more greens. Before they used to come warm and delicious, this wasn’t. Garlic bread - just ok. Mains - seafood marinara - first time husband left half of it. He always orders it, tells everyone how good it is - not today. My Pollo Marsala was ordinary. Potatoes cool. Gd daughter’s chicken nuggets were ok, chips tasted stale. Daughter said her dinner was nice.

We dine at Siena's every couple of months. Love the food and atmosphere. Can be a bit noisy but that just adds to the atmosphere as everyone seems happy. Good value for money
