Siena's of Leederville

The food took almost 50 minutes to come out and people who got there after us were still getting food before us. But the food was still delish so cant complain too much.

Friendly and prompt service from all the wait staff. Delicious and very generous meal sizes which my family and I always enjoy. Thanks for making my birthday so enjoyable and the kids love the playroom!

Fantastic for families - there is a play area for children and the menus are much better than standard 'childrens' menus.

Terrible service, all staff looked miserable. One staff member looked to be telling another off infront of all the customers, which was so wrong and disrespectful. Been to siennas many times and never had a problem. Very disappointed as we bought some family with us from Italy. Very embarrassed.

I was waiting for friends for 30 minutes and within that time I did not get any water, nobody asked me if I wanted a drink or anything. I got seated and completely ignored. Not happy.

I waited on drinks for a while, and had to ask again to remind them which I wasn’t very impressed with! And the customer service with some of the waiters wasn’t very good! I got a very unhappy and bland vibe from them, no smiles at all! Also my main meal took a while to be served to me, even though the restaurant Wasn’t very busy at all! I actually thought they’d forgotten all about it, and I was about to ask again, when they finally brought it out!

We sat out the back which was just fine. However, people were smoking behind the limestone wall and the smoke was unfortunately wafting into the dining area.
