I have been to Siena’s multiple times and really enjoyed it, however, Friday night (21.02.2020) I took my grandparents and son there and 3 out of 4 of us got food poisoning. My son was being fussy so only ate chips which I was so relieved about the following day when we were all vomiting. My grandfather has kidney issues and due to all of the sickness and diarrhoea that started in the night following our meal, he unfortunately ended up in hospital. Tests from the hospital showed what we had was not viral and was related to bacteria found in food. I won’t ever be returning to Siena’s. We called the restaurant and they offered a refund which I am still yet to receive.

Overall it was a good experience. The noise level was good - I hate a lot of noise - it had a nice vibe, nice atmosphere, food was good - nothing exceptional, serving sizes were very good. The chicken on the chicken Caesar salad was dry but it was tolerable, portion size made up for it so could eat an adequate amount. The drink's prices were reasonable. We mostly enjoyed their lunch specials which represented good value for money. It was a much better experience than the previous time we went so overall very happy to give them a 4.5 out of 5

We were taken to our reserved table on arrival. The staff were very pleasant & knowledgeable. Service was relatively quick for such a busy restaurant. The food was excellent but the serves too big. So we were given take aways for the left overs. It is one of our favourite Italian Restaurants.

Never disappointed with their food. It is always spot on! Seafood marinara is amazing. Pizzas made on the spot were great. Lagsane is always good. Will visit the place at least once a month or twice a month.

Disappointed only four prawns in my dish...and three small scallops Also charged me for my own take away container (only noticed when I left the restaurant. ) I wouldn’t come again.

Very busy could hardly move in your seat. Not offered any cold water despite glasses on tables. Food was average not offered fresh cracked pepper. Waitress never smiled and was acting like she was forced to be there.

Always popular and very busy, food is good but noticed the entrée portions are getting a little smaller.

Bad service. My partner had a broken chair. Although we booked, we had to wait for awhile to be seated. We ordered a bottle of prosecco and the waitstaff just left it on the table without opening it. We had to call another waitstaff to open it. Not happy with the service and the way we got treated. We have gone there a few times but never this bad. Unfortunately, we won’t be going back.

We were seated at a nicely spaced area for 10 people. Very busy place especially on a public holiday. The staff tried to accommodate us as much as possible. It took 1hr+ for our orders to come through and a couple that had ordered after us had received their order before us. The staff had explained our orders were late because another table of ten had just ordered before us. The food was good portion size, not too big or small.

There were a group of six of us, lucky we booked before we went as they are really full. Great services and foods, highly recommend to anyone!
