Great singapore chilli crabs. Great service. If you like spicy must ask for the extra chilli paste fot your crab 😁 This restaurant also has non seafood like ribs and chicken wings. Recommended.

Wow amazing!! Loved our experience at this restaurant. Service was excellent and the food simply melted in your mouth. Diffinately will be coming back to try some more of the seafood.

Pure and simple, the food here is great and the service was excellent. The prawn starter with garlic butter sauce was the stand out starter of the night. The lobster main share platter was nice but could be better if the lobster flesh hadn't been removed and buggered around with a light mayo type sauce and then placed back in the shell. The rest of the lobster platter was great. The crab share platter was the best main of the evening and had a decent amount of crab meat. We will definitely be back to try the ribs and have another prawn starter.

Wonderful service and absolutely amazing food. Seafood was fresh and the serving of ribs were huge and excellent value for money. Nice wine selection and nice selection of beers

We went on a Saturday night, very busy, you should probably book in advance. Good quality food, reflected in the pricing. Fast and friendly service.

Delicious food and service was good and non-intrusive also well priced. Only fault I could say is that it is noisy. We will certainly be back to St James Crab House.

Great place to eat crab in Brisbane. Went for my birthday and it was amazing. Highly recommended to come and try when in Brisbane if your a crab and seafood lover.

We ordered the $99 seafood special and it was not the seafood feast expected! Only half lobster, half crab, 3 prawns, & 2 bay bugs! Hungry!

Deliciously prepared high quality seafood. Don't let the bare exterior fool you. Food like this will not come cheap, unless you know how to cook it yourself.

The food was delicious and the service was simple but good. Great value for money, with the $89 platter for two being like one that would be $150 elsewhere

This small restaurant really packs a punch. We enjoyed the friendly personalized service provided by our waiter for the evening. Our crab meals amazing and very tasty. We enjoyed the procedure of donning protective aprons and gloves. The food and drinks are reasonably priced.

Good Food, Good Service but the small facility meant that the noise did not make for a quiet evening. Perhaps the opening of windows would alleviate this. Also no choice available for 1 person serve of King/Snow crab so I had to order local crab.

Delicious food. Casual atmosphere. Friendly, attentive staff. Dinner with a difference. Fun. Wasn't able to get on-road parking but there is BCC parking conveniently close by. We'll return.

Great food, was slightly disappointed they had no specials available, such as oysters and lobster, however great variation with the scrabs. We purchased the sandcrab special with a variety of seafood so were able to try a lot of the seafood, the mussels were especially delicious.

Fantastic food and service! The Singapore chilli crab was divine! We had the mini crab cakes for entree - beautiful with lots of crab in them and Keylime pie for dessert, another hit. We will be going back!

The waiter we had was great and had a bit of a laugh with us. The restaurant is small and intimate and best of all the food was divine!

Very disappointing! The $89 crab combo, drenched in an incredibly salty, nondescript oily 'sacue' was served in a plastic bag on the table. The seafood chowder was basically a very bland potato soup consisting mostly of potatoes and carrots, with a few mussels and only a few small pieces of chopped prawns as the 'seafood'. The beer is served in warm glasses and table water is also served lukewarm. The staff were all rather bored and unhappy too. A completely over-priced and dreadfully disappointing dining experience.

Pleasant staff with excellent service. Crab cakes ordinary, seared prawns average but soft shell crab excellent. Striploin quite small for a main and average. Will go back with seafood eaters and explore the crab menu as looked good on other tables

Lovely place, great vibe, yummy food. Excellent value for money and the sauces are divine!!! Wait staff share the specials and explain everything clearly whilst answering any questions. Loved the 'bib' to protect your clothes and the gloves to protect your hands. Great experience - highly recommend it!!!!
