Of course, if you don’t back yourself to make the perfect Thai dish first time round, Thainabox have some of Sydney’s tastiest Thai stir-fries, curries, salads and soups ready to go, but their calling card is surely the design-your-own-dish process: start by choosing your rice (steamed, fried, white, brown) or noodles (Hokkien, wheat, rice or rice stock), lay down a flavour base (be it Chinese black bean, Malay satay, tom yum, laksa, Panang, massaman or more) then throw in whatever is calling to you, whether chicken, beef, lamb or tofu, lemongrass or crushed garlic, cashews or peanuts, fresh coriander or fiery chilli flakes – the options are endless!
