Good food and friendly service. I thought the aburi poke don could’ve had a bit more salmon, but the unagi nigiri were relatively big and worth the price.

Always lovely. ☺️ But a bit disappointed they removed some things from the menu before they moved.

Food is nice and staff member is very polite, even though the restaurant is slightly busy

Very disappointed to find that the modern eatery has sold out and the menu is very ordinary with none of their lovely food ! It’s now just a pedestrian sushi bar like all the others with a few dishes to sit and eat. Not going back!!!

I understand that it’s a small venue, but the seatings were uncomfortable and too close to the next table. Service was extremely slow and staff weren’t so attentive. The tables were too small to place any food - even for two of us. Food wasn’t too bad though.

Prefer lunch over dinner as their bentos are better value for money. However, must try is their seared prawn and salmon nigiri!

Took husband to this local place to try. Unfortunately left before finishing.My meal came out was finished and after waiting another 15 mins had to ask where husbands was. Other people who had come in after us had all there meals. Reply was Chicken sushi roll takes longer??? No sorry, apology. Paid for my meal and left. Will stick with other local, friendly Japanese from now on.

I’m glad they opened one near the city. This place was easy to book on a Tuesday night and the japas, sashimi and Baos come out piping hot. They had an interesting drink menu, complete with hot / warm selections. They had a gingery concoction which my ex boss and I absolutely love and we went for seconds. Would be keen to try more but after downing 2 big glasses of that hot gingery concoction, we couldn’t eat anymore (though I still managed to stuff down a slice of matcha cheesecake). Well done, modern eatery!

Easily one of the best Japanese & Sushi eatery in town! Their Aburi Salmon is melt-in-ya-mouth to die for, amongst all the other sushi and nigiri creations. Even the side dishes are godly, like the Kani Korokke, Crispy Salad, and many others. Portions are good for its prices, and service is magnificent, with all friendly staff and chefs alike. Ambient is very casual and quite spacey between tables which makes it comfortable for dining especially if you got young ones with strollers. Recommended HIGHLY! Itadakimasu!

Very enjoyable, the service was good and the food was excellent.

This place is fantastic. Delicious food, quirky menu and such good value for money. The blow torched salmon and crunchy salad were highlights.

Food is always fantastic here, service is good and staff are attentive. The only thing I would say that’s different is this time I ordered the Wagyu don which was new to me on the menu - that was not what I expected when I think wagyu.

Magical experience! The food is out of this world 🤩🥰 definitely recommend.
