Food was fantastic top quality! The already friendly staff could work on projecting confidence and seeking out diners who are ready to order so they don’t have to signal them but a very minor critique

Great service, yummy food, reasonably priced and they accommodated dietary requirements very easily. It was very busy too which is always a good sign.

Our booking was at 5.30pm. The ‘ayomo’ Chicken dish we had was a bit sweet for our taste but the grilled Butter prawns with a spicy sauce dip dish and poke salmon salad were great. We would have stayed longer to have dessert but the noise level being a busy Fri night got quite uncomfortable and we left early. However, food service from the young and attentive staff were quick despite being so busy.

On a cold night in Kew nothing beats having the ‘Ramen from Hell’ with the pork belly choice served piping hot and spicey enough to keep me warm before I return out to the cold! Keeps me going back for the next dish or blackboard specials besides the comprehensive menu choice I love

Fantastic Japanese dishes in a cozy space ... friendly staff

Food is amazing. Very fresh and great to share with a big bunch of people. BYO also makes for a cheaper night. Highly recommend. You must book as the restaurant is tiny!

First time visit, food was great, noise level was okay and manageable, borderline getting a little too load to speak. Pleasant service. I will go back for sure.

Entree brought out last and the rest all came at once, no room on table, had to ask for some dishes to go back and wait till we had finished the ones on the table. Not smart service. Presentation was poor compared to normal

Food was delicious as always, but very slow at getting food out. Only two of us, About 30mins wait and our food came at different times. But would still go back as we are regulars and food is always perfect and great value.

Unfortunately, some of the vegetables in the Hot as Hell, must have come straight out of the fridge, were still cold. I particularly liked the muscles with mushrooms.
