The Wasabi Place

Wasabi is consistently excellent. Food, service, price. Always busy with sit-down customers and deliveries, which is a true sign. Kids in ninja outfits eat free apparently.

Highly recommend the Salmon Nigiri,sashimi and Tokyo Chicken Pops. The only downside was the small serving size of Katsu Chicken Curry Don. We will definitely be returning.

Good food, a little noisy at 8 pm but it was a Friday 2 weeks before Christmas. Would have liked the option of more smaller dishes and short on side dishes for main plates. The presentation was ok but tableware was a little worn, seemed good for a quick eat and run. It would help to take one step up that could make it great. R. LO.

Great local spot, food is fabulous and fresh, never leave disappointed. Save room for the White Chocolate and Raspberry spring rolls - you will not regret it.

The food is always great and there is a good selection to choose from. Have been many times to this restaurant. Always come away happy.

Extremely slow service tonight, which was a shame because I have been before and loved it. The Belly Bao is excellent, but tonight's Katsu meals were disappointing.

A diverse menu took a little digesting but we each (all four) found more than enough to explore and enjoy. Staff were good, wait times brief and yes - we'll all go back :-)

The food was great no question about it. However, we were disappointed to find out that we had been overcharged (upon closer inspection of the itemised bill when we got home - as when we paid we were just told the amount at the register and not provided the bill until afterwards). When I called to complain, the restaurant said they will apply the amount overcharged "if we come back again" - however, I really don't believe that is that satisfactory (that I need to pay more money on another meal to get by money back). My advice is to check your bill carefully!

Food is delicious especially sashimi, crabby bao and sake don. Great quality casual restaurant in our area. Also cater to fussy kids with sushi, fried chicken and rice. I look forward to trying some other dishes.

Going to the Wasabi Place is always a wonderful experience. Great food and great service. A nice way to catch up with some loved ones

Our booked table was given to someone else before we arrived ... .service very slow ,one entrée was cold by the time we got it .... overall not a great experience ...

Good food - had a couple of the sushi rolls and some entrees. Prompt and polite service, although not overly familiar with the drinks menu. Would visit again.

Food was good but service was an issue. We ordered before the table next to us and were served after. They got our drink order wrong twice and gave us two serves of one dish when we only ordered one. A shame given the food was good.

Great food. Very busy on Friday nights bu staff do well to keep everyone happy. A lot of take away orders so has a good following.

Very tasty food. Fresh and innovative. Service was lovely. However not enough staff - our dishes got mixed up twice and taken to the wrong table. They didn’t even apologise or hurry with the make up dishes. We were waiting way too long and had to take the last dish home as takeaway.

Food was delish, great value for money, comfy environment, friendly service, some traditional items on the menu and new innovations. Good to catch up with family and friends.

Small cosy place with excellent food. We had a feeling that the restaurant had changed hands since we last visited, but the quality of the food remains high! Thankfully! We love this place.

Very pleasant space with excellent food and service. Particularly liked the wasabi prawns! Easy to book online and receipt of booking almost instant - will definitely go again.

Food choice is great and price point for similar standard is affordable by comparison to other competitions nearby. Repeated visits won similar feedback by my guests so will return soon.

Bento box is value for money as you get rice and miso soup included. Place is clean and food is well priced. Easy parking in front of restaurant.

It is always a problem to coordinate the meals of all diners but the food is delicious. Noise level very high for a small place.
