Food was great, but it was very noisy - two big parties - and there was one mistake in the order. Generally it was a good experience.

Fantastic food, very friendly service and great value. A favourite. The chicken pops are a kids hit. Seating is tight but the venue very attractive.

The service is friendly and the food is excellent. My meal had just the right amount of spice for my liking. Their food is like nothing I've tasted before!

Lovely food, very fresh. We had a range of dishes and all were good. We might have ordered dessert, but the staff didn't cone back to the table after clearing, so sweets are unknown. House wine was reasonable.

Easy parking right in front of the shop. Price and service are very reasonable. If you want something quick and yet tasty, this may be an option. Miso soup was a bit salty this time round.

Great food and extensive menu! We had a combination of entrees, sushi and Udon noodles. All were of good quality and the service was friendly.

Fantastic food and service. New items on the daily specials board offer interesting choices. The only negative thing about The Wasabi Place is that it is quite noisy when there are more people there.

The food is still excellent but the service is terrible. On two occasions part of the order was obviously "mislaid" and two of our party had finished their meals well before the other two were served. Such a pity.

A very interesting menu. We look forward to trying more dishes. Recommend seafood gyoza, sashimi, and calamari tempura, vegetable tempura. BYO wine is good. Pleasant staff

I love this place... best Japanese I've ever had..!! Sushi is always so fresh and beautifully presented. Totally recommend you visit for a magnificent meal.

We asked for a table for 6 at 6pm to be out by 6.50. All meals were served promptly and we were out by 6.50. Food is consistently delicious here and the only problem is choosing from the large menu. Highly recommended

The food was so good and tasty, together with friendly service and reasonable prices making The Wasabi a great place for our dinner. Will be back definitely.

Some dishes were tepid and undercooked. Others were good . Varying standards apply at each sitting.needs more consistency and definitely more staff, we will try again in a few months

Fabulous menu. Lovely staff. Great value. The children loved the options and we particularly loved the spicy chicken entrees. This is my fifth visit and it never fails to hit the mark. A fantastic local spot.

Fresh and tasty, quality food which is well priced. Pleasant staff and atmosphere, a lovely local experience for all ages, including families. I discovered Wasabi on its Opening day and have returned many times.

Excellent. Best value Japanese on offer. Fresh, quick, tasty, cheerful. 10/10. We have eaten here a number of times and it never disappoints. Grilled salmon nigiri is probably the favourite but there are so many other favourites as well. Too many to mention.

Reasonably price food. Bento box was good value but the Sashimi is on the expensive side considering what you get. Place is clean and service is quite good.

Food rating 100%. Staff gentle and polite. However the sushi we ordered didn't arrived. Our booking was at 7.30, there were 6 of us and when the food came it came very quickly -so I asked for a break before we continued the meal. Once again the rest of the food that we did receive was fabulous but at 9.:30 the restaurant was being cleaned around us, sweeping of floors, wiping down of tables and putting the chairs on top of the tables. We didn't want to eat and run so we stayed until 10.30 and apart from all the activity, once it ceased the staff went into the kitchen and we didn't feel quite so pressured. Having said this I would go back to this restaurant a few times a week because there are so many interesting things on the menu. Actually I would prefer to give this restaurant a low rating because I would like to keep it a secret 😏

Everything was great except for the Wafu Steak. Sauce and vegetables were delicious, but the meat was in long strips (not cubed as stated on menu) and was tough. Could not bite pieces off, very sinewey, had expected it to be tender. Very disappointing.

Service was a little slow to start, but staff very pleasant. Food as usual was beautiful. Very fresh and full of flavour. We will continue to visit this little gem.

Great food -always so fresh and staff always friendly. Service can be a little slow but I think the night we went they were unexpectedly busy . Excellent price as well.

We really love the fresh clean flavours at Wasabi place, and the lovely staff who are always accommodating of our little toddler. She loves the miso and tofu, and sushi here :)

We had a great night last night at Wasabi. The food was lovely and we will definitely be going back for more. Can't wait until next time.

Best sushi and sashimi in town. Every dish was beautifully presented and tasted fantastic. Save room for the desert spring rolls. Biggest surprise was the great value for money.

Reasonably priced, clean and quick service. Easy parking if you get there early. Could help with a bit of Japanese decorations. Out of 6 dishes, one was a let down. I don't recommend the Tuna Tataki.

It was great. Service was nice and food was delicious and fresh. Reasonably priced for the great food. I would recommend going to this restaurant.

Overall was a nice dinner. However service was slow. I had to ask for a menu and water as well as wine glasses which were not given until after our fist course. Food was quite yummy.

Brilliant, discovered this restaurant after it just opened. Now word is out and you need to book. Amazing food and great choice. Fresh tasty, to die for.

Tasty food, not overlay salty or saucy, and great prices. A nice place on a Summer's day with the front windows open. We'll be back.

The Wasabi Place upon entering, is a nice clean open space. Welcoming feel. The service was friendly and quick. Food was alright and portion was enough.

Food was delicious, sadly 1 meal came very quickly, but the other 2 people had to wait over 20 minutes for their orders to come to the table. Overall good value.
