The setting was lovely, the initial service was great; an eager waiter wanting to take our order. Slow with beverage delivery. We placed our order for 2 x fish of the day meals & 1 x brocolini sides to share. 1 x fish & 1 x brocolini received. The 2nd x fish took 15mins to arrive (I totally understand why); however my meal was cold, there was no offer to return the fish so we could both eat 2 x hot meals. The brocolini were also cold by the time we started to eat our meal. We paid; no apology, no offer to compensate the experience; even a small 5-10% or an offer for free coffees. It's not about the money at all. I understand things happen. I'm in business myself however that recovery experience was so important.

We waited a long time to be asked for our drinks order, then we had to ask for another round of drinks as no-one came to check if we needed more.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Initially the background music was too loud but the staff happily turned it down. The food portions are very generous but we still had room for dessert. The wine selection is good and well priced. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great food, the portions are reasonable sized. The service team really friendly. I know you made some improvement to lower the noise level as I could see on the ceiling. For me the noise was though a bit too much as the restaurant got more crowded.

Got a cheap cut of meat when ordered the steak. Asked for medium rare, but got well done. The potatoes and veggies were bland. Even the lemonade tasted bitter. Was not worth the expensive prices!

We came to the first seating on a holiday Monday for a birthday. The Almafi spritz cocktails were yummy to start off with. Everybody enjoyed their dinners and the platters were left clean. I had Ragu (gluten free option pasta) and chilli mussels (shared) we both really enjoyed.Seafood pasta, carbonara pasta and a steak meal were all ordered, all beautifully cooked and very enjoyable. At first we thought the portions looked small, but believe me we all walked away very full and in fact the servings were perfect! I would have no hesitation to return. 10/10.

We love eating here. It's consistently good food and great service. Can't fault them.
