Delightful and delicious. Excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed everything and all said we would return. What a great place to enjoy all the deliciousness of lobster and seafood. The clams were to die for.
Waterman's lobster & co. has always been our favourite lunch destination due to the amazing lobster rolls of course, the relaxed atmosphere, the very friendly staff who have been so helpful & went above and beyond when I made the booking and told them me & my partner we're celebrating our one year anniversary. We were also surprised with our complimentary dessert which was so delicious! Overall the best place in Sydney to have a relaxed lunch, dinner or just to have some drinks. ***** 5 Stars all the way!!!
Everything was nice, except the chips was bit overpowered by the seasoning. They even had a water bowl ready for our dogs before we got there, very sweet
We went on a lovely summer evening - and it was great sitting outside watching the world go by. Loved the tacos, and the lobster rolls.
The service was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. The food was sensational and the wine list was very impressive. Guidance on the wine was great and wine we chose was superb.
Lobster roll was tasty, however small serving. Cashier had no small change when I paid. She also cleared our table without any smile nor asking about the meal.
Loved the lobster rolls and found the service to be very good will certainly go back again and try something different - I loved it
Highly recommended restaurant. Service is attentive, but not pushy. The food is great, also. Make sure you have the chowder, and of course lobster. The wine is very impressive
Great simple lobster roll with great service. Located in a convenient part of Potts Point too. This is a must-see if you like your lobster!
Table wasn't ready when I arrived but another table was set up within minutes. Great lobster roll, delicious well priced rose, attentive staff. No coffee available.
Would definitely recommend. Food is delicious and fresh. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and enjoy a chat. Highly recommend the pippies, but everything was delicious. Only downside is space but perfect for two.
Delicious food, an interesting wine list, fab cocktails and excellent service! We thoroughly enjoyed our sneaky night out away from our kids and our second visit to Waterman's
Fantastic little gem in Potts Point with great service and an even better menu. We loved the lobster rolls, they are a must! Will definitely visit again soon.
Friendly service, great lobster rolls and a well balanced menu. Good drinks list too. Nice spot if you like and know the Cross..some interesting characters hanging around.
The Connecticut lobster roll was extremely disappointing - there were 6 small pieces of dried out lobster in a long roll which was a disgrace for $21. My husband had the barramundi special ($26) which he said was very nice although the piece of fish was small. The waitresses were friendly and knowledgeable and the service was good.
Great, efficient service from friendly staff. The food was wonderful and reasonably priced. I probably wouldn't recommend it if you want a big meal as the food is quite light (as you'd expect with their menu). good atmosphere inside.
Waitress was friendly and knew her wines which was awesome. Food was average. Nothing to write home about and the chowder came out luke warm so it was sent back. Having the door to the bathroom open was pretty yukky to be honest.
Good lobster, lovely beer and service was friendly. Good lobster, lovely beer and service was friendly. Good lobster, lovely beer and service was friendly. Good lobster, lovely beer and service was friendly.
Good food - the lobster roll was delicious; the maitre'd was really friendly and personable but had no support so service was quite slow. Thanks
Lovely friendly service. Delicious lobster roll and cola with a native Australian twist. Plus some great people watching from the window seats. Just what I needed!
A great lunch spot, we enjoyed a nice casual Father's Day lunch - a relaxed location, excellent food, friendly service. Well worth visiting if looking for something a little different.
Yummy but small lobster roll, beautiful restaurant, and attentive service. It's a shame that this restaurant has not attracted more people in over the last three times we've visited over lunch, hope it continues maintaining a high level of quality in its food.
We go back here every month at least for a lobster roll. Completely addicted to them. Staff are lovely and food always delicious. Love the cheese too.
Food was ok, definately did not appear as well presented as dishes on website and social media. Waiter very weird he sat down at our table with us and interrupted our conversations alot! Tried to change our drink orders and make suggestions when we had already made up our minds. Not good service, food ok, location great.
The food was great. You can't go wrong with the lobster rolls of either persuasion. The house cola and root beer are well worth a try. Service was good but a little slow.
Awesome music at this place. Very sophisticated buzz too. Great wines and fantastic lobster rolls. You have to get the extra lobster option. It's a must.
Best lobster roll i have had in sydney, great cocktails and the team is super friendly and fantastic! Sunday evening is a lovely time to go as its not to crowded.
The food was great and the service was even better. However, I thought that the portion sizes were quite small considering the price we were paying.
Very attentive service and great wine selection. Delicious lobster rolls, fried prawns, clam chowder etc. Will revisit to try more of the menu, i.e. lobster mac and cheese.
Waterman's Lobster Co is highly recommended. The food was excellent food and the service very good. It has a good vibe and is very reasonable.
We went for dinner. The food was delicious but serving was abit small based on the price. $39 for monster lobster roll(but could barely tell the difference with the single roll). But other than that, very delicious with good service!
yummy lobster rolls. the bread was so soft and buttery. the fries and the calamary for entree were amazing too very friendly staff and an extensive dirnk menu
The service was great and the food was nice , the only down side was the size of the serving. Overall a place to check out.
The calamari and spicy mayo are fantastic and the zucchini flowers delicious. Lobster rolls are sublime with fresh lightly crunchy rolls and succulent lobster. Great service and wine list too.
Food was tasty but the sandwich size is a little disappointing for $19. Staff are friendly and very attentative. All and all good experience !
Sensational lobster roll with warm butter sauce!!! Worth going there for this alone. Also very nicely paired with an aged, oaky, buttery Hunter Valley chardonnay.
Been twice,Both times great meal and excellent service We will go again and are highly reccomending it to our friends.Try the Conneticut style Lobster roll with extra lobster (Monster) you wont be dissappointed
Delicious lobster rolls and fantastic wine menu. Nice to sit outside and enjoy a warm evening. Service was a bit hit and miss but quality food is outstanding
The space, food and staff were great. Would go back in future to Waterman's Lobster Co. Particularly enjoyed the Surf'n'Turf dish and zucchini flowers. Fantastic!
Fantastic food and service, lovely atmosphere and great wine list. Would definitely visit again for the Maine lobster roll which I had never had outside of the US, and am so happy to have found in Sydney!
