Magnificent food, refreshing menu and attentive staff. Melbourne has a lot of fusion cooking but this really stands out. Will be back for round two!

Overall good, duck dish seemed overlooked and dried out. Noise from a large table close by made for an unpleasant dining experience. Service friendly and good.

The food is fantastic - the tasting plates sensational - spicy, refreshing, vibrant - the chefs banquet at $49 a head is best value in town

Amazing food and excellent service. Very accommodating. We had the chef's choice menu between a vego and a meat eater and everything was delicious! Would recommend to anyone looking for something a bit different.

The Australian recently reviewed this as Chin Chin without the queues. It is a great restaurant with friendly service and fabulous innovative food. The stuffed squid and duck curry are standouts as is the prawn with chocolate bacon bun.

Unassuming place with friendly staff and really good food - much better in fact than some of the more hyped up places down the road from it.

Every dish was tasty: pork , vegetable curry and especially a cauliflower dish unlike any other. Cosy ambiance inside although didn't look special from the street. Will go again and have the chefs selection to share.

Beautiful food, great service and environment. We opted not to go with the banquet as it didn't offer the dishes we wanted to get. The stuffed squid is definitely a must.

We had a lovely night and the owner was -as always- present and checking throughout the meal if we were happy with everything. The scotch filet is unbeatable!

Excellent food, the salads were so so fresh. Both the beef and calamari, I forgot to breathe while eating, the food was gone in 2 minutes. Exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended, Cambodian is something a little different in Melbourne too.

Three creative, delicious courses where the colours and flavours were spread amazingly across the plate, followed by a surprise dessert, compliments of the chef to help us celebrate our anniversary. The service was wonderful. Cool music in the background helped create a fantastic vibe. What more could you ask for? It was just great. Thanks so much. See you again!

We love Vietnamese food so were interested in trying Cambodian. Happy to recommend with fresh, good flavours. Good service. The meal they warned us would be spicy was absolutely fine. So, unless you are super spicy intolerant, should be okay. Maybe a little more saucy than Vietnamese but definitely worth a try. Not cheap, but tasty and worth a look. We will be back.

Amok Restaurant in Windsor is the best kept secret in Chapel St., serving Cambodian cuisine. You can book, and the noise factor is low, unlike some other hot restaurants in the area!
