Great service, good food. Kids loved the play area. Dinner came out super quick - within 10mins of ordering. Just be mindful if you go on a Public Holiday as we had a 15$ charge on our bill.

Love the new Amstel. Get a table outside if you’re looking for a quiet evening. Inside is great for families, play area for the kids. Big meals, table service although drinks at bar.

New look Amstel is great. Bit loud indoors so if you can get a table outside (they have outdoor heaters so even in winter it’s ok). The play centre section for the kids is great. The plates are huge so don’t eat before you go! Table service but you need to order drinks at the bar.

the only critiscism I have is there was a set of dirty cutlery on the table and after not being ready to order the first time we had to flag down someone to come and take our order - this happened last time I was there. Otehrwise its awesome.

Parmas were dry and tasted like they had been reheated, vegetables on some meals were cold. Average quality for the price, better options in the area.

Asked not to be playground and yes not right in front but still too close table right in front of bar so people queuing all around us, floor manager not very helpful there were empty tables in the quiet section that could have been joined for the 6 if us could not talk, garlic prawns were tasteless, had to ask for plates for the bruschetta. Highlight was service by Lil she is an absolute credit her customer service skills are exceptional

Asked for courtyard, didnt get it, waited a while to be served food was average, not worth the price. However they were quick to take the food away although i was thinking about eating the remaining, overall not going to say its the worst place, the place has improved and gotten bigger, just wish the service can improve.

Love Amstel. Foods always on point and the staff are beautiful. It’s a sunday ritual now.

Most of our good was dry and overcooked , bolognaise was tasteless. Jerk chicken dish was not jerk chicken at all and the rice was dry too. The team is awesome though

The salmon stack was terrible, it was supposed to come with tomato salsa but I think someone forgot to make it so they just put slices of tomato and onion in between the salmon and avocado which were both brown, then layered it all between dry lettuce leaves it was soooo disappointing. It was dry and tasteless and looked horrible. My partner had the chicken scallopini which was not too bad but was so full of salt and garlic. The waiter didn’t seem to really care but did take $7.00 off our bill which we found to be quite insulting. We didn’t want a refund, we would have preferred to be offered something else as the whole meal was inedible. Lovely venue but the food was very average. We won’t be back

Booked for 6 people first 3 meals were 45 minutes the next 3 were 45 minutes after that. I know staff are short but to miss 3 meals entirely is pretty poor. I asked a staff member who didn’t seem to care, I had to go up twice to complain before they cooked our last 3 meals

Sons birthday celebrations, staff were accomodating and allowed us there earlier to put balloons on the table and close to play area. Amazing food and got all our meals quick.
