Very busy night but crazy wait times. We were a big group who ordered together but half got food 45 mins before the other half

THE MEAL WAS LOVELY BUT MY FREIND ORDED PORTERHOUSE STEAK AND GOT SCOTCH. TOLD WAITING STAFF WITH NO HELP A BIT DISSAPOINING BEEN HER FIRST VISIT. AND STAFF WIPING TABLE DOWN WILE WE WERE STILL EATING.

Kids meals are quite small but the adults meals were top notch!

Great food. The restaurant can get very noisy at times.

I think its amazing, but if you like to improve the thing i would address is having both tills open to order meals. The line is long and if both were open then saves waiting in queues.

They gave us a creamy dressing on a Greek salad and tried to tell us the balsamic was IN the dressing. I had to push to get another salad. Beer was short, was still eating entree when main arrived (can’t believe I’m complaining about too quick either!!!), 2 salt grinders didn’t work, steak was cold and garlic sauce with surf and turf was terrible. Daughter loved her first kids Parma. Won’t rush back.

3 of us had a meal there 2 weeks ago and was the best meal ever ordered the exact same meal and all 3 said oh no they are not ours when they arrived as they looked so different to be told yes that is what you ordered well they were no where near the same as 2 weeks ago sauce was different ,cuts of chicken were not finely sliced fillet pieces but more a satay strip thick and dry and cold had to send one meal back and asked for something else , only to get an argument from the staff saying you can't just change your mind ,that was not the case the meal was so completely different that if that was what we were served 2 weeks ago we would never have ordered it again

Great food. Amazing atmosphere and child friendly. We will be going back time and time again!!
