At Fernando's

We were running late, so grateful that they kept our table for us because they were so busy. Overall the meal was fantastic and the evening was pleasant. The staff did a great job.

Overall food was delicious, service was good would definitely eat here again and have recommended to family and friends. I can't wait to dine here with my own family.

We had a lovely night, food and service was wonderful and we will definitely share our experience with others. The extra touch of the lemon chello was great!

The service was good, our waiter was friendly and helpful. The food didn't take too long and was hot and enjoyable! I would definitely go again.

The service could have been much better. We left before having coffee and dessert because noone came near the table to clear the plates or take an order.

It's always pleasant there as we have been lots of times and the birthday voucher they send to you is a great idea. I suppose I thought last night that my meal was a rather smaller serve than I have had there before.

Fantastic atmosphere, superb service and the food was perfect. Not one thing I could fault. Great family operated restaurant that is true to it's heritage and tradition. Definitely on my list of favourites and I will be returning again very soon.

Mixed feelings. Ambience wine and salad excellent. 2 out of four mains excellent. The other two inedible. Bony chicken. Was spruiked as a special. Leftovers from the proper pollo meals! Service friendly but inept.

Very easy to make a reservation on line for that night. Atmosphere was great - relaxed and a traditional Italian restaurant. Service was good; wait staff were attentive. Meal was fantastic; we are going back very soon!

We have only just started using Quandoo to make restaurant bookings but have been to At Fernandos many times and will no doubt be there often in the future. The range of dishes on the Italian menu offers as much choice as you need and the food is perfectly prepared and presented (the veg side dish at no extra cost). Started with a bowl of olives - simple but just great. The husband and wife wait team were happy and attentive and the manager takes a personal interest in his guests. If you've been to the movies just across the road then you also get a pretty good discount.

We were impressed the seafood was fresh & cooked well the last two times we ate there. The sauce was a bit too salty this time. Service was great.

The food was wondeful, traditional Italian with the right spice balance. Love the atmosphere and decor. We will definetly be going back again. Highly recommended

Food was good, service was very bad at the start where the waitress kept ignoring us and wouldn't take our order and the waiters were busy dealing with other customers. However the service got better as the other waiters were friendly and approachable unlike the waitress.

We had a marvelous dinner, great food, great company , and service was good. Friendly staffs, and very helpful. Will definitely return to eat here.

They made us feel very welcome. The food was a little disappointing as the standard seem to be lacking last night. We have eaten their many time over the last 8 years and this would have been the least favourite meal. The spatchcock only came to the table with grilled baby tomatoes and no other vegetables where previously it would have come with a nice salad and or vegetables. The size of the fish was very small also, it came with 3 asparagus spears cut in half and 3 polenta chips. We will go back again in a couple of months to see if this have gone back to the great restaurant we remembered it to be.

The staff here are always friendly and work so hard, especially last night with a super busy restaurant and only 2 staff. They were terrific!

Food was not brilliant. Limited menu on offer. Ordered a green salad and was served a tired mixed salad. House wine just average. Pleasant young waiter.

Another great meal at At Fernando's. Large portions of hearty and very tasty home style Italian food. Would definitely return for another meal - it is particularly attractive as they have special deals for customers of the Palace Cinema across the road.

Not my first time at this fantastic restaurant, and it won't be my last. The food is absolutely perfect and the service staff very friendly! Was a wonderful night out, would definitely recommend this restaurant!

The 'doof doof' music from the upstairs function room was far too loud and ruined the ambiance. The food and service was great but the overall experience was let down because of the noise.

Both Had the Spaghetti Marinara. It was supposed to have vongole. Lots of pasta and no vongole. If the menu says it has it, then they should tell you if they have none. Too much pasta, not enough seafood, especially for $30. Taste good and service ok.

Great tasty food and service meals come quickly always enjoy our meals. Nice ambience can sit indoors or outdoors. Fernandos Has a wide menu range.

The service from wait staffs are good, but the pasta is not impress, under cook, not enough sauce and the pasta serve warm, not thoroughly cook

Staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Food was good. Would return on a voucher but thought off the street patronage, menu was a bit expensive.

Good service, great atmosphere and amazing food. The calamari was the best my partner has ever had. The complimentary limoncello (made by the owner's friend!) was a nice touch.

Great service and lovely italian food at a reasonable price but parking is a bit of an issue in Leichhardt. I would recommend it to people.

Service was rough and ready. Lots of wait staff - possibly more staff than customers - but they didn't seem to listen to requests and we had to ask several times for drink orders. And our red wine was slipped over the glass and table when poured. Food was mediocre at best. Meatballs tasted as if they'd been defrosted. On the plus side, I did enjoy my pizza.

Good generous serving, good service and quality food. Very good value for money, nice cosy and intimate atmosphere. I would definitely recommend the restaurant for any occasion.

Great food and pleasant environment. Staff very friendly. We had a lovely antipasto plate and then everyone had either weal fungi (my favourite) or veal gamberoni (veal with prawns). Yum.

Get some nice people attending us, took too long to get our food, couldn't eat the carpaccio as too much vinegar and the second arrived with too much lemon on it. Food wasn't good at all and it was really a shame waiting for 1 hour to get our food with our 2 years old son. Waste of money and time.

This is a great family restaurant. Always enjoy a night here. Whether a romantic night out or a casual dinner after the movies, At Fernandos never disappoints.
