More about the restaurant: Bang Tang

Bang Tang is a Potts Point hot spot. It serves healthy food with a naughty soul that we and the locals in this part of Sydney can’t get enough of. The name of the game is Asian-fusion food that’s fun and booming with flavour, and the menu features small bowls ideal for nibbling or sharing, then plenty of vegan bowls and Bang all-day bowls, the Trout Out being our favourite with pecan wood-smoked trout, palm sugar tamarind dressing, roasted rice, thin rice noodles, crushed peanut, shaved fennel, kaffir lime, viet-mint and chilli. Throw in some great teas and a popular BYO policy and it’s not hard to see why Bang Tang is such a big hit in Potts Point. Reservations are essential.
