I have been to Contrabando several times,first with a Groupon and then a brought some work mates for a team lunch. Always awesome. Really nice staff andcthectacos are amazing.

Taco Tuesday never disappoints :D my favourite is the pulled pork, the sauce is awesome! It does get a bit busy but the service is still decent considering the crowds.

I love coming here for the tacos. The fish one is the best, but all have their benefits. I'm gonna have to come back to try the rest of the menu

Service is great and the food counts out very quickly. All food is hot and tastes fresh. Great atmosphere and ambience. Will recommend to friends.

Atmosphere is relaxing, staff is attentive & friendly, portion is generous enough, food taste good esp the fish tapa & lamb ribs, price is reasonable. Only down side is too noisy and chairs not comfortable enough. On the whole, thumbs up.

Great food and service. Very busy for a Thursday lunch. Didn't have to ask for the water it just arrived which was great. Hope the new venue works for them.

Food, drinks and service were great. We thought the white table cloths were a bit out of place... Kind of killed the vibe a bit.

We had beef cheek, crispy fish and fried chicken tacos. The beef cheek taco is definitely the best~ The atmosphere is also excellent. The sungria is also nice

Great spot for a quick trendy lunch. Very friendly wait staff and every flavour taco is just divine. Would recommend Contrabando to anyone any day of the week but especially Tuesday.

All the tacos we tried were fantastic and high quality. Huge portions in the tacos as well. Little bit hard to get noticed for service at times. Taco.

The food is great, the staff can get pretty busy, and when that happens, it's sometimes hard to get the service. Recommending this place for a team lunch.

Slightly slow and inconsistent pouring of margaritas but the taste and value of tacos are beyond amazing! I'll be back for the fish and beef varieties!

Great vibe and reasonably priced food. ($30@) Their tacos looked amazing - didn't get to try it but coming back for it. Sangria was awesome!

The best tacos - all worth giving it a try especially the beef cheeks with crunchy shallots. Even better with a glass or few margaritas!

The food was good and the service was fine. It was way too hot down there though! Our clients were uncomfortable. Would really benefit from air conditioning.

I had never been to this place before and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere. Great music and the food was delicious and fast. The waiters/waitresses need to be a bit more attentive to when guests are trying to get their attention. They were quick to want to take our order but to get a follow up table water or to pay the bill it took a bit longer than expected. I would definitely go back there though!

Lots of fun and yummy food. Margaritas were fabulous. We had a really fun time. Shame we couldn't have a longer sitting. Will go again though.

We had the best experience initially - the tacos were fresh and delicious and excellent value. But our second round of tacos never arrived. We waited 20 minutes and when we finally managed to catch the attention of a staff member, the explanation we received as that our tacos were accidentally given to someone else.

The lunch was very good as well as catering and service. We will get back there for sure. Very good place, music and food. thanks.

The tacos are nice and good deal on Tuesday. Good for Lunch and dinner with team members or friends. But a little bit noisy and has time limitation for lunch.

I love this restaurant & go weekly - however, they aren't great on attention to detail, we always have to follow up on missing food. Great food and cocktails (aka value for money) - that's why I go back, not for the service

Tacos were tasty, came out quickly, but a few times the waiters weren't knowledgeable about the drinks menu. Overall however a great experience well worth it
