What’s there to say about Da Vatti. Not much. We don’t need to say much about D Vatti except that it serves authentic Nepalese and Indian cuisine. However, we can let you know that the restaurant’s degustation menu is something special. It’s not often you find subcontinental cuisine served in this manner. Of course, if you like Himalayan, Indochinese or Nepalese cuisine you’ll be familiar with momo dumplings – if not, you need to seek out this fantastic little restaurant on Liverpool Road in Sydney’s Ashfield now. Just be sure to reserve a table ahead of time, as this cosy eatery can fill up fast.
