Good service on a very busy night. Shoulder of Lamb didn’t dispppint - excellent

The standard of food has slipped and the prices have skyrocketed. $162 for lunch for two is exorbitant. They have priced themselves out of the market

Great food, fantastic service & a lovely restaurant, highly recommend

Good lunch specials menu with a good range of dishes and includes glass of wine or beer. Sirloin Steak ordered was tasty. The steak knives need sharpening as it was a job to cut, but OK once in the mouth. 2 courses inc. glass of wine: $40.50. We waited too long for water to appear on the table and had to ask for it.

The Restaurant was Great, Food Great, Staff excellent. Lamb Shoulder was absolutely great. Out of the 9 people, six had the Lamb Shoulder. Our Wait Staff was excellent.

A family favourite, great food, attentive service, terrific value for money.

Coffee was offered after cake was cut and eaten. We brought cake with us and it was brought to table in the box , on a chipped platter. Maybe i was expecting too much!

Food was great. staff very attentive. they changed my table as I wasn't happy with the one they reserved for me.

I ordered the Lamb, roasted potatoes, brocholinni, Parsnip which was as raw and hard as a rock which I could not cut with the knife to eat and the carrot the same. So these two items did not get eaten.

Enigma is a great restaurant, the food and service is always excellent and have no problem recommending Enigma to anyone.

The food was superb and delicious HOWEVER the service was really slow. We weren't advised that a 4-course meal would take 2 hours if not we would have ordered a la carte or the 2-course meal. In the end we had to take away our dessert. The attendant serving us must have been having a bad day. Not much of a smile and no customer service skills. Maybe she had too much going on, don't know. All the 6 of us at the table felt the same. It's important to do a job that you love, not just being present. I worked as a flight attendant for Cathay Pacific, and even when we had grumpy passengers, we were always courteous and helped them choose their meal, rather than simply standing there, and we were always interactive with them. Enigma is a great restaurant with lovely food, however the service could have been better, to make it a five star experience for the customer.

we had the seafood linguini and pan-fried salmon, both tasty but both were overcooked, waitress seemed to be anxious to move us on offering to bring the bill when we still had full wineglasses.

Every thing was great. The service, food and atmosphere were all excellent. Although we had a minor hiccup with the bill, the mistake was corrected immediately. We’ll be back.

Good and service was great. The restaurant was very noisy one side of the restaurant with a boisterous crowd but the staff happily moved our table from the start for my hard of hearing mother in law. Overall a wonderful dining experience.
