Pros: Lovely meal with good service and beautiful staff. Cons: - Website defaults to Japanese for bookings so I used google translate to ensure I booked correctly. - Email address bounces. - We were asked to come an hour earlier than we had booked. - We were allocated a tatami mat table that my husband couldn't manage and had to wait a long time for a table. - No-one explained how the ordering system worked or what we were allowed to have as part of the "all you can eat" banquet. - it would have been far cheaper for us to order and pay for our dishes separately.

Some of the dishes felt like it was not cooked or refridgerated properly. The crem brulee was curdled and tasted off. Both my partner and I have had stomach and gastronomical pains since eating here. We have even cancelled other dinner plans because we cannot eat properly without severe cramps. Also, we spent over $200 to eat at this restuarant and the bathrooms were diabolical. The mens bathroom had a cubical covered in vomit and the womens bathroom was described, as a place where you have to learn to hover. Avoid this restaurant.

A nice spot with lots of variety. Gluten free options should be expanded and perhaps have a menu of their own.

Unfortunately our dining experience was terrible! I ordered a meal which they stuffed up and brought something else. We basically got an apology and then a Mexican stand off of silence which forced me to say I’ll keep the meal. But the meal with inedible. The tempura was floating in water and soggy and the meat was so over cooked! Then we had the fire alarm going for ages. No communication from staff so we all just sat there. Fire trucks rocked up and still no explanation. This was our 12th wedding anniversary and we walked out having spent $70 on one of the worst food experiences to date.

Order foods but not come out, Bring out the hot pot very late with time limited. Charged extra 1% for Visa Card. I think it a scam.

I like the fresh sashimi and the beef hot-pot. I would recommend the restaurant to provide more sashimi choices (becasue some are sushi instead of sashimi), more dessert variety and better quality of ice-cream. tks.

Good variety of food the ingredients are fresh especially sashimi. Kids enjoy so much with the self-serving station and burn off a lot of energy running back and forth collecting food that they want to eat. The dessert menu is good as well. I have tried all the Japanese all-you-can-eat restaurants in Adelaide this one is the only one that I approve to go back again.

worse than previous as they didn't serve the food that we ordered when it is a buffet. I had eaten here many times however this time was bad as the sashimi we have ordered came in very very small portions

The food was amazing, the staff were extremely accommodating. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, the Japanese and French fusion was out of this world. They have a return customer in me. Will be recommending all my friends to come here.

Quite expensive for what you get. Very small $12 serve of furikake fries & 2 small (slider size) bao bun style burgers for $18. Food & drinks took a long time to arrive after ordering. Good assortment of sushi though.

It was crowded, and they kept re arranging the tables next to us. At several times, we were blocked off from leaving our table when other tables were moved, rendering the buffet useless. Several things weren’t brought out, but the food that did arrive was great.

We booked a table in advance but was seated in what looked like a walk way. Very crowded. Ordered food and waited for the last dish to come for over 45 mins. Asked multiple times and then decided to leave and cancel the last dish. They were apologetic and did offer a few drink. Food was delicious though.

We ordered Premium Wagyu Sukiyaki with steamed rice. The beef was a little bit tougher than I expected, but that was almost same as Japanese sukiyaki we can have in Japan. If the beef was more tender and steamed rice was more moist, it could be much better. The staff were very nice even it was very busy.

Food is always of a high quality. We got one incorrect dish given to us and not sure if we were charged. Another dish we ordered, we followed up twice and it never came. Had to get it removed from the bill. They said their ticketing system was down but other restaurants manage to get you your orders without such a system. If you ask 3 times for a dish, a human without a system, should be able to work it out and bring it to your table. Just takes a bit of personal attention. Last time we visited we did not have these issues so maybe just a bad night.

Setting was nice, waitresses were nice. Food was quite average and overpriced. Food and drinks slow to come out for us. One entree came out after we'd finished our mains and drinks and were about to leave. Overall, pretty disappointing experience.
