We were at the restaurant on a busy Wednesday night, so keep this service rating in mind. Food - Yum, well priced and left feeling full. First Japanese restaurant that I have attended that gives decent vegetable portions. Sauce on the curry katsu chicken could have been slightly thicker / more curry, but overall very satisfying. Service - We were served after people who arrived after us, this included taking of orders and delivering of drinks. We got our drinks served over 5 minutes after people who had ordered after us. Main portion timing was very bad, we were dining with 4 people and each main dish came out staggered by roughly 5 minutes per person. So approximately 20 minutes passed between the first and last person getting their dish.

Whilst the food we had, two entrees and one main were great our other two mains were given to another table which was rather disappointing as it was too late for them to prepare them again,however, we will certainly be returning at another time and see if things turn out better for us. It was a bit of a let down on the evening as it was a milestone special birthday celebration for me.

Delicious food. Have been longing for some Japanese cuisine, for a long time now. Took my Mum, my wife and my daughter, for my birthday. Very tidy place. Two lovely ladies serving. We all left with full, satisfied, bellies. Thank you.

Unfortunately one course failed to be delivered to our table. The food we did receive was excellent, as always. I was impressed with the vastly improved acoustics in the restaurant.

Customers who came in after we had already sat down where shown to there tables and there orders taken before ours. My entre took 25mins to arrive and the main some time after that. The dish that arrived for my dinning partner was not her order and after more time had elapsed was corrected our dishes where not together I had to wait a little longer.

The restaurant was more busy than we had experienced before, so that raised the noise levels above what we were expecting, but we enjoyed the night nevertheless.

The restaurant was decently busy but we had to get the attention of the staff to place food and drink orders, and also for a top up.
