Great food and great wait staff but the restaurant was busy and although they were run off their feet they still served us with a smile and with patience!

Good food. Had pork goyzoa which was delicious. Chicken teriarki was nice and a good serve but would have liked a bit more vegetables with it. However, need to Improve service. They had no table numbering system and the staff found it hard to bring the right dish to the right table. Staff were very nice though. Would eat at this venue again.

We ordered the banquet menu. Took a very long time to come and had to call for service because our food wasn't being served. They missed out on a few dishes and we had to wait a long time to finally get the last dishes in the banquet. There was a dish missing however we didn't have time to stay longer so had to leave. Was very disappointing that when we asked the waiter when the rest of our food was coming he said they made a mistake and asked if we were still 'hungry' and was willing to wait longer. Understand that it was a Saturday evening however poor service.

Overall satisfied, could be better if gyouza selections were more diverse. Definitely be back if the vegetarian offerings increase.

Service was great - seated quickly and menu explained. Food came out fast and all seven dishes were incredible - could not fault a thing. Our favorites are the gyoza (we had pork and chicken lemongrass) and the pork belly. The matcha soufflé pancakes are also great. Easily one of the best, if not the best restaurant I have visited in Sydney. Will definitely be back.

The food was great! Can’t fault it. However we were 30 mins late for our reservation as we could not find the restaurant and no one answered the phones when trying to call for location.

I booked atable for six but they happily accomodated extra guests for the brunch service which was so great of them. The gyozas were super tasty and their crafted ales and ciders were delicious. Their fluffy pancakes were so good i wish we could of ordered more but we were too full! Thank you!

The waiters and waitresses seem confused about our banquet order since some of us were vegetarian. The banquet didn't seem to adequately cater for the vegetarians even though I specifically asked for it to.

Overall the visit was great, food was delicious and they add their own twist on the different flavours of cider (we got the apple, hibiscus and pineapple) which both surprised and delighted my girlfriend and I as cider isn’t usually something that really highlights the meal. The waiting times on the food were a bit long but only because the kitchen make and send out dishes in batches rather one at a time which actually puts less strain on the wait staff, allowing them to focus more on their service instead of running back and forth between the floor and the kitchen. It also allowed us, the customers, to enjoy the steady flow of food coming in rather than inhaling all the food as fast as possible leading to a more laidback casual experience. Although we did have to follow up on our final dish which was the tantanmen which the wait staff promptly checked back on in the kitchen. I would definitely return perhaps for a relaxing night of drinks and sharing food with my friends after a day at the office, as if those poached duck gyoza with spicy vinegar wasn’t already enough reason to come back.

When we first arrived there was no greeting and stood a bit lost for 5 minutes until we told them we had a booking, disappointed that they were sold out of cheeseburger and mozzarella gyozas as they were part of the reason going, drinks didn’t come out until 10 minutes after we got the food and we only had ordered 3 coke zeros and a cider and had to ask for them again. Some of the food was really good but I think they need to tighten up on their customer service, I usually don’t put reviews in unless I was pretty frustrated which is rarely.
