The staff were very friendly and attentive, i had the special of the day which was salmon and roasted vegetables it was absolutely delicious!! The restaurant is located in a prime spot with a view to remember (especially at sunset).

+ Loved the restaurant layout, nice family friendly atmosphere - will be fabulous in summer especially out in the alfresco and friendly staff. -- Food was a bit pricey - I had the Barramundi for $38

Lovely location, interior was great, food was nice but the staff weren’t very understanding, friendly or understood us very well. For that they made me feel very uncomfortable

We were thankful to have a reservation at 11.30am as by the time we departed the restaurant was full, which doesn't need any further explanation! We changed the table allocated twice for personal reasons and this caused no concern to the staff. We were very impressed with our table steward who was Italian on a working holiday in Perth - delightful, helpful and caring. Well done La Capannina for a beautiful meal, served nicely and a great atmosphere in a fantastic location. What more could we ask for?

The older gentleman (staff member) was abrupt and rude, refusing to help us after waiting 10min to be acknowledged and seated with a booking. Due to weather, all outside was closed which was a shame for lack of view and atmosphere and made inside tables very busy. Other staff were lovely and food was great. Good selection on wine list.

The ambience was good. The service was good. The wine was good. and the food excellent. What more can I say. You are now our favourate restaurent in the Scarborougher area.

Excellent prompt service, even though they were very busy with patrons, their attention to individual service was exemplary. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would not hesitate to recommend La Capannina.

The food was very good and the service was excellent. It would be even better during the summer when you also get a view of the beach.

Great diverse menu, great food, welcoming friendly staff who give great service and a lovely outlook. Would recommend for families,get togethers or special occasions. Definitely worth a visit.

The venue was impressive on entering. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable & friendly. Even on a wet wintry day the view was still beautiful but most importantly the food was delicious,

Foods relying on the location. Pizza looked great. Lamb was average pasta undercooked. Service was ok. Luckily i had great company and enjoyed the evening

The view never fail to impress. It's lovely dining outside on the balcony. I've been there 4 times now and had breakfast, lunch and dinner with different groups of friends.

Great food, lovely staff. Chilli muscles were not debearded and our table of two were put next to two tables of twenty, otherwise a great night.

The seafood platter was so yummy & was enjoyable to eat! I have recommended La Capannina to all my friends. In fact, we're having a get together lunch on the 4th August (Saturday).

Staff were to hard to understand, acoustics wasn’t the best, very hard to have a conversation, wine glasses weren’t topped. Staff were friendly. Food nice

Amazing food and wine!! Such a varied menu and the staff were pleasant and friendly. Can only imagine how busy the terrace will be in Summer!

Great view, warm inside on a winters day, modern yet suitable decor & atmosphere, certainly authentic Italian with the waiters and menu, food had that real Italian touch, just the right amount for the price. Only improvement on the food for the salmon pasta would be to have more and larger salmon pieces, as opposed to the serving method today. Beer prices are a little high at $10 for a WA boutique schooner.

We had a wonderful first experience dining here. Friendly and efficient staff. We didn't have to wait long for our orders. Will definitely go back again.

Great venue with good food and attentive staff. Food is delicious and reasonably priced. Good range of beverages to select from. Definitely will be going back in the future. Like many restaurants and being an older person noise levels are a bit high but about the normal for many Perth venues but not to the extent where you could not hear people talking at the table.

Great food & the the decor/ layout is amazing. The only negative thing was that the staff had heavy Italian accents and difficult to understand what they were saying.

Lovely setting, friendly staff, delicious food. The restaurant was a bit overheated though, and three out of five of us felt that the meals were slightly too salty. All in all though, a great experience and we will definitely be back.

Excellent Customer Service from all staff, especially the waiters were very attentive and food arrived very quickly. Table and Ambient was beautiful and will definitely go back again.

Great food, main & dessert, & loved the location. Really busy. Service management & attention could be improved with the service we had. Would definitely go back, you can tell majority of the service staff have a passion & care for their customers & job.

Noone mentioned that we had to be finished by 7.15 when we booked but Two people mentioned it when we arrived - made it experience feel like they were rushing us. Chairs were really uncomfortable. Table for two was so small, plates were huge - spent the whole night juggling the table space. Table for two sitted right next to a noisy family with children! Date night ruined!

Today was excellent. We went there soon after it opened and whilst the food was good, the service wasn't. I think today showed that it was teething issues with opening up a new restaurant. We'd definitely go back again.

Quite loud inside but atmosphere still nice. The gnocchi dish was very small and I was still hungry afterwards. My friends had the other gnocchi and they were also still hungry. Food tasted nice tho. Wine list was extensive and the wine we had was delicious.

Very enjoyable long lunch! Check it out. We left around dinner time so I think we must have enjoyed ourselves! Will be back I hope!

Beautiful Restaurant on Scarborough Beach. Ambiance is everywhere, inside and out. Food is well presented, hot, delicious and fresh. The service is wonderful...you are made to feel special. Have been many times and will continue to visit my little piece of paradise.🌷⭐️🌷

It is a lovely restaurant. It was however extremely busy so service initially was a bit slow - they left us unattended for a while before they brought water (it was very hot inside) and menus. The food was great though and we will return. thank you

Food very average, was not worth the money, so be if our colleagues food was hard and over done. they set us buy a door every time it opened, napkin plates went flying, drinks they didn't listen.

We had a casual meal sharing some starters which were all good followed by great pizzas. The service was good and the location is fabulous on the beachfront at Scarborough. We will definitely be going back again.

This is my second visit to the restaurant and have reallly enjoyed the experience both times. The food, service and the venue is fantastic and I would highly recommend the restaurant. 👍🏽

I booked a table for 5 but got a table set for 4 people, waited for45mins to be served 4 out of 5 dishes were good the fifth was very oily. 4 dishes came out then waited 10 mind for the fifth dish to arrive very average experience.

Great location, & fit out. Good food. Fair prices. How sensible having "house" water at reasonable prices. Good beers on tap; good wine list - fair prices. Friendly attentive staff.

Loved this restaurant. The food was amazing. Pasta cooked perfectly. Deep fried chocolate filled ravioli with gelato was superb. Great views of ocean and our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this restaurant for grea Italian food

The location and views were stunning. Our first impression was that everything appeared to be in a bit if a rush with waiters and waitresses always in a hurry. the staff personally were very friendly and attentive. We loved our meals, presentation and flavours were spot on. Gnocchi perfect, however the other pasta was disappointingly a little tough. Will certainly give it another try as it is still early days for this new restaurant.

Lunch with friends at La Capannina. Great view, beautifully cooked fish and delicious mango misu. Will definitely be back to try the pizzas which looked amazing.

Our first time at La Capannina and loved the experience and the ambience. We enjoyed a beautiful ‘catch up’ lunch with friends and family on Sunday. Service was great and good to be served by Italian speaking waiters! The food was delicious and tasty in true Tuscan flavours!! Definitely gotto to try their amazing Affogato coffee, it’s the best!! Only thing being an Italian Restaurant would’ve been nice to have Italian music playing in the background to get the true feeling of Italy!!! Other than that we all loved it!! Will definitely be back!! Bravi ragazzi!!

Service was prompt for a semi busy week night. View is amazing, I would say the best in Scarborough for sure. Food was good, my husband absolutely loved the grilled mix seafood with seasonal vegetables.

The food was the best so was the service and the view was perfect. So many nice choices on the menu. We cant wait to come back.

On a beautiful sunny day we were seated inside but asked for an outside table, despite being busy our request was accommodated and we enjoyed the amazing weather!

The staff were attentive, although our side plates were removed before we had our garlic bread but bought back to us on request. Food was good, selection of wines satisfactory

We were very impressed with the quick service and quality of the food. Will definitely be going back as it is the best meal we have had in Perth for awhile.
