Extremely busy evening however staff very attentive....good service considering the number of Diners. Food is really good...atmosphere enjoyable albeit a little noisy. Could probably do with more staff.

Venue was amazing food good but welcome into Restuarant very average, rushed and told very blatantly that our table was rebooked at a later time and we should be finished by that time. When booking I was not advised of this and wanted to have a nice anniversary dinner with my wife.

Noisy and busy. Didn’t receive any service for a long time after arriving, but service was good once received. Meals were average size and taste.

Service wasn’t great. Table was positioned right next to the entrance to the outside so constant opening and slamming of the door. Pasta was still semi hard.

We enjoyed the experience. Good location, good food , good drinks list and good service. Gets quite cold though even inside due to prevailing coastal winds

Staff were friendly and attentive, food came out quickly, pizza was good however light on topping, Gnocchi was terrible and needs to be taken off the menu.

Great food, I had really great arancini, pasta and dessert. Service upon arrival left a little to be desired (they couldn’t find my booking but were quite rude about it as if to imply I’d made some kind of mistake, which I had not, as verified by my confirmation email) and after our meal we were basically kicked out by 9:30pm which was a bit sad as my girlfriends and I could’ve chatted for a while longer over a coffee or something warm. Many of the staff were really lovely it was just the first impression and the early knock of that stopped the review being a 6 out of 6.

We had a great meal today and the ambience was wonderful. Service and food very impressive. Will definitely come back and spread the word . Thanks

Great food - authentic Italian flavour - and great location ... but it took a long time to place our order. Staff were attentive and helpful.

Not a great experience! Front of house staff did not provide the service required of a restaurant in its position and I was left wanting so much more flavour from the food! I wanted so much to have an experienced that would do Scarborough proud.

Staff were extremely efficient and friendly. Service was very good - the best we have experienced for a while in Perth! Food was delicious - there were five of us and we were all very happy with our main course and desserts. Thank you - we had a lovely time!

Great food ... even better service! Really enjoyed our night at La Capannina. Will gladly head back over there with family and friends. Restaurant was full, even on a Mon night.

Spag with clams was yummy. My friend ordered arancini balls as she wanted something small and yes they were nice but she was disappointed that the lettuce stated on the menu was not on the plate - needed some green. Very nice and I will be back.

Dinner for 8 guests was great. Service was friendly and efficient. The grilled platter could do with a portion of fish to supplement feed and better value for money but overall an authentic Italian experience, would recommend. Beautiful setting and vibe.

We enjoyed an excellent lunch here today, on a beautiful sunny winter Sunday. All five of us were very happy with our menu choices, the staff were friendly and efficient, and we were very comfortable sat at an outside table, with the heaters on.

Lunch was delicious, service was excellent, venue very nice, a little bit noisy but otherwise very nice. Definitely go back, maybe try dinner next time.

Nice setting, but the food is quite expensive and nothing special. It was an enjoyable experience, but not very good value for money. We have eaten much better for less.

Cosy intimate atmosphere on a cold winter evening, welcoming staff, could have chosen several items from the menu, good wine list, Tagliatelle w/- venison Ragu was excellent. Must to come back and work through the menu and wine list!

Beautiful restaurant with gorgeous decor, nice food and views of the beach. The choice of ska punk music was a bit too casual for me but otherwise a nice place for a daytime meal with family or friends.

Best food ever! It was so yum mainly the camembert entree! The service was really quick and efficient. The staff were amazing, really nice and checked to make sure everything was perfect!!! Definitely recommend!

Great food and service. We ate vegetarian pizza and squid ink pasta. A buzzing Saturday night but still prompt, friendly service. Ocean views would be fabulous during the day.

Lovely meals and in our area there only seemed to be two wait staff who did an excellent service Two people on our table had allergies and extra care was taken with their meals. Thank you 😊

Very nice, busy restaurant. Staff nice, views great and food & drinks menus extensive. All food was great, drinks a little pricey (especially for schooners of beer, however boutique beers available was good) & overall good value for money.

On a stormy day my first impression was wow. On entering there was a buzz of energy people enjoying great food with wonderful service in a a fantastic location. I look forward to going back on a sunny day for a whole new experience.

Great and warm ambience on a cold wintery Thursday night. A bit $$ for mid week family meal but perfect for my birthday dinner. Good food and service no complaints

Food was delicious and, plates were warm. Hot food on cold plates is so annoying. The three of us really enjoyed our main meals, good size servings, al dente pasta. One person had the Tiramisu and was raving about how good it was. He didn't share! The cheese platter was on point. The only negative was it was at times difficult finding wait staff, once we did they were attentive and personable.

Front desk greet person takes too long to get to the customer. All other service is great but front desk need to be more ‘onto it’. Feel like I’m completely ignored until they are ready to deal. A simple ‘won’t be a minute’ would suffice.

Great atmosphere. More of a pizza and pasta place than a true Italian restaurant. The food was good though. Good selection of craft beers on tap.

Entree below average (Arancini tasted like cardboard and lacked flavour and seasoning), mains average (my pasta was yummy but my boyfriends pizza wasn’t anything special), and service was lacking. The woman showing people to their tables and processing bills had absolutely no personality and wasn’t warm and friendly. Definitely not in a hurry to go back. Such a shame as I’d heard good things about this place and it’s a local for us.

The food was hot and tasty and arrived all together which was great The service was also pretty good and attentive, the tables were very small we could just about fit our plates and drinks for 4 people and it was noisy.

The food was very tasty, however the portion sizes were quite small and the service was quite slow. We arrived at 6pm for our booking and were seated at a dirty table, we then had to wait at least 15 minutes to be offered water. The wait staff were all very friendly though.

Our Entre's didn't come altogether. By the time we got them all, our Mains came and we were still finishing our entre's. Not too sure why that happened. Felt we were being rushed.

Very enjoyable. Friendly and timely services ce, the food was cooked to perfection and well presented and with stunning ocean views we couldn’t complain. This was our second visit and we will definitely be back.

Really good service to start but then they ignored us at the end of the night. We would have spent more money but they didn’t even offer us a dessert menu. Good food though.

The restaurant is in a great location and has a really nice atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and not pushy. The food choice was excellent, the food we ordered was really nice too. The wine list has quite a few international options and is well priced. The view, of course, is excellent.

Food was ok, service and attention to detail was the let down. Table was dirty when we were seated and a very average attempt was made to wipe it before I asked for the cloth to do it myself.

Food was really nice and staff were very friendly. We ordered arancini and pasta dish which were both amazing. It is quite loud in the restaurant but that’s because it is so popular.

We went to la capannina last night we were seated straight away the service was very quick and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The food was value for money a great night.

The Restaurant was great.Service was good.Just one thing,not enough cheese on the antipasto plate!!Would definitely go again and would recommend it to our family and friends!
