The star of the show is of course the menu, and we love starting with a few meze plates to share like the fatayer homemade pastry with spinach, onion, pine nuts and sumac, fotr, mushrooms sauteed in grenadine essence, garlic, mustard seeds and fresh coriander or the makanek spicy lamb sausages topped with lemon and sumac dressing. Delicious food, good service and very accommodating considering we were very late. I loved there Baramundie dish, there tabouli was so fresh. The serves were very generous.
Great food, great people, great service. All round great experience. The dips and salads, in particular, were the best ever tasted, far above the usual standard. All courses served at the right pace to suit the customer.
We love Laffe by Kanzaman, great food great service and BYO. It has the best Mezze plate in Melbourne. I could rave about every dish but it might get boring. Just go.
The restaurant is a new venue from their former location. It’s modern, and has a very nice atmosphere. The service was very good, attentive without being intrusive and the food was delicious. We were very pleased and would definitely return
We five friends had a delicious lunch in a stylish setting which included beautiful tableware and very good service . It was a quieter time but the service was helpful and attentive. We chose a mix of entrees with the mushrooms in pomegranate and the haloumi being particularly good. We all agreed it was certainly worth a return visit
Fresh tasty food and great service. We had the banquet for a party of nine including two vegetarians. The waitress checked in with us at just the right times and asked when we wanted the next course. Nice atmosphere, very friendly vibe.
Tried the tawook - really flavourful. The lamb skewers were a little dry. Would have loved it if it were more juicy. The dips were great especially the baba gannouj, hummus and garlic dip.
Delicious food & smooth service. Would recommend as nearly original Lebanese food. Indulge & be happy enjoying every mouthful. We'll definitely be going back again. Cheers to you all. Nadia 🌺
