My second visit and again loved the food! Took two different mates this time and they enjoyed the experience as well. Great staff and service. So friendly. Plus, did I mention good value for money. Yep! Maybe a little tricky to find the street but it’s worth it. Going again. So many dishes to try. Yummy.

The building is very much open plan. The restaurant was busy and the level of background noise was a bit over powering for me. The food and the service was fine, only complaint was the background noise of everybody speaking / laughing.

Great food , friendly staff, accommodated my mother's wheelchair no problem, and the service was quick. We have been several times now, and will continue.

I have been to Mai Kitchen many times and it never disappoints. Great food and reasonable prices. Both my daughters are Vegan, I myself prefer meat, but at Mai Kitchen I find myself ordering vegan because it’s that good. My only negative is it can be a bit noisy at busy times, but which restaurant isn’t. PLEASE Mai Kitchen join Uber Eats

The food was delicious, and the staff were fantastic. I only gave 5 stars as they mixed up the name of some of the plates therefore going to the wrong person (who did enjoy the food) and no sooner were the entrees delivered, when out came the mains. We would have liked a break between entrees and mains. However I would definitely go there again.

We found the venue very loud and crowded. Waitresses had to scream to speak to customers. Food was good staff polite. We will come again

The service was great. Food is slightly above average. Value for money. The venue is extremely noisy and you can hardly hear yourself think. The tables are too close to each other (hence the problem with noise). Even the waitress could hardly squeeze between tables for serving big bowls of hot noodle soup.

The food at Mai kitchen is always outstanding and this time was no exception. Their special large “spring rolls” that you wrap with Mint & Lettuce are particularly delicious. The only let down this time was that there was a mix up in the kitchen with table numbers which significantly delayed some of our meals, so we weren’t all able to enjoy our meal together and we had to send side dishes back because they were delivered early but went cold waiting for the main dishes to come out. My only other suggestion to the restaurant would be to put some drapes or other soft furnishings around to dampen the very noisy environment.

Great food, Quick service, Good value. Best to book for busy times on Friday or Saturday night. Noise levels can be a bit high but hey iis a Vitnamese restraunt.

At Mai's you'll receive excellent service and delicious food at very affordable prices. It's very easy to over order but you can always take it home. I did!
