Excellent vegan options, 100% would recommend to any vegan wanted VERY tasty food!! Good friendly service and would definitely recommend to friends and family around Adelaide.

Food is always great. Even on a Sunday night this place is busy. Wait staff was a bit inefficient but the meals were served quickly and piping hot.

Lovely fresh food, good for me, the vegan and him, not vegan. Friendly, helpful staff and tasty food. Lots of choice. Reasonable wine list. Happy customers!

Great service and excellent food, so tasty as always. We are vegetarian and GF, at Mai Kitchen there is so much for us to choose from.

Food was good but they were understaffed and the FOH team were overwhelmed/unable to remember everything and cater to tables fully. We were sat without a menu, I had to ask another table for theirs after sitting for about 10 minutes, our water wasn’t once topped up our entire sit and no wait staff made eye contact (super busy which was completely understandable but eye contact is quick and easy). I’ve been before when there were enough staff on and it was amazing.

Wonderful meal! Best Vietnamese food we’ve had outside Vietnam! Great family restaurant, if a bit noisy the crowded Sunday night we went. Very friendly and prompt service. Wide variety of meals, including great vegetarian/ vegan options. Highly recommended!

it’s always a good sign for a restaurant to be as busy as Mai Kitchen on a Saturday. For such a crowd, the food came out really fast and tasted AMAZING!! We’ll definitely be going back soon!!

Staff was very attentive and helpful from when we first got there and right up to leaving. The food was delicious and the variety to choose from was almost overwhelming, in a good way.

I have had some great food here but this time it was good, but not great and it's relatively expensive for Vietnamese. It was so noisy last night too - they need to look at changing the acoustics of the room as we had to shout to hear each other and it was only 3/4 full.

As always, excellent food. Service was good, but not as high quality as previous experiences. Appeared to be understaffed - had to constantly flag staff down for service (normally they are checking on your table regularly) and we were unable to get any table water despite repeated requests. We had sympathy for the floor staff who were run off their feet and did the best they could.

Lovely atmosphere, great food, and excellent service: what more can you ask for?. I will always recommend this restaurant to anyone (friends or family) looking for some excellent Vietnamese food.

It is a little off the beaten track as far as Adelaide restaurants go, but it was well worth the trip. Great food, great service, all in all a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Fantastic customer service! Great food! Love the many vegan options! Will be back again soon!! The only complaint I might have would be the noise was quite overbearing as difficult to hear each other speak as it was so busy inside, also it was a bit warm inside as the air con wasn’t on. But the food is incredible and so well priced that these small things are easy to overlook

Great food and service. Fresh ingredients and great menu selection for vegan members of the family. All fresh. it's a happy place for children - very family friendly. We have been there once before and loved it. Definitely gong back. Just need to get there more often!

Mai Kitchen is always amazing. Great food, service and wine. They also have an entire vegan menu! The servings are huge and always enough to take home for lunch the next day!

Great food, service and value for money. Although it looks unassuming and like not much from the street, it was a really good restaurant and we will go back again in future.

While the food was good the service was poor. Meals forgot to be put in system. My partner waiting over 40 minutes for her meal. Very disappointed in some floor staff service tonight
