Great menu, with options for vegans, vegetarians, gluten free etc. Friendly staff with good customer service and nice environment.

We made a booking for 4 people. It took half hr for a bottle of wine to be put on table, we asked where it was 3 times. Food flavours were beautiful but approx 3 pieces of meat in each curry and not enough rice. We asked for milkshakes off the menu when our mains came 15 mins later they still had not even been made so we cancelled them as we had a show to see. Could be a successful restaurant if somebody took charge.

Good food, this restaurant is let down by inattentive service.

I will definitely be returning, it's just the waiting time hasn't improved at all in the about 5 times i've been there. But overall it couldn't be nicer.

Really delicious food and friendly staff although they may have needed some more staff as was difficult to get their attention but we still had an excellent dinner.

not sure is there was a lift but there were 3 lots of stairs to negotiate ......just for those who may have troubles with stairs. Food was full of flavour.

The Butter Chicken really is as good as promised. The cocktail menu is also fantastic.

Service was shocking - food was lovely. Was seated in the bar upstairs for dinner???? Not enjoyable.

The meal the service and food were amazing. Unfortunately there was also a private function on that was very noisy and made it impossible for the the guests in our party to hear each other talk, we would have like to stayed longed and enjoyed the restaurant but the party made it impossible

Food is delicious, service is prompt and friendly and prices are very reasonable.

They didn’t have the fish I wanted from their website on their menu that night so that was very disappointing ☹️

We waited an hour and ten minutes for our main course. Very unprofessional. There was probably eight people total in the venue. No excuse for delays. Food was average, wouldn’t recommend visiting.

Great interior space with protected outdoor options and mezzanine-level bar. Super friendly service. The food was delicious and the dedicated vegetarian section of the menu was appreciated.

Hubby and i had a lunch booking we were Running late for. We phoned to let the restaurant know and they advised they were closing shortly but happily stayed open for us, giving up there 2hr break between lunch and dinner. Staff were very welcoming, beautiful place and great food

Delicious food, good service, lots of gluten free options and reasonable prices. We had a lovely meal and enjoyed our first visit, we will be back for sure.

The food was delicious and service excellent but I was disappointed at the general cleanliness. However, the restaurant is very bright and colourful with a view over the market area. It was an ideal place to meet with friends and we were able to stay there talking for ages.

The service was quite slow - we had to wait for our drinks and also follow up with where they were. There seemed to be only two waiters working. The entrees were average, but thankfully the mains made up for that as they were very yummy!

Food was good - goat curry and chicken methi~ good location for poppy Shakespeare. Staff very attentive - even though we mistook our nice Mexican waiter as Indian!

It was only limited event night menu. So we couldn’t have Dosa and Biryani... And almost fully seat and staff couldn’t enough pay attention for customers.

Ordered a selection of curries to share. All were delicious. Friendly service. A bit of a hidden gem as it's on the first floor (lift access available).

The food was good as was the service. We were a little disappointed that the cocktail maker was sick but just had other drinks instead. There were dishes we liked more than others but that’s personal taste x6 people.

We ate at Masala Kitchen before attending a large concert. The actual atmosphere is ok. We were looking forward to ordering certain meals from their published menu, only to find it was a very limited ‘event’ menu. The food we ordered was tasty and served quickly. The waitresses must have been hired for the evening, as they were not able to answer questions about the dishes. Unfortunately, the toilets were blocked. Overall It was ok for a quick meal but we will not visit again.

Restaurant was ok, Lamb Korma and rice, good, Fish dish was very bland. Staff friendly and service good. Over all our meal was good. We did not have a choice from the advertised menu. This was an event night and we had a set menu.

Great food and spice especially in vegetarian options plus attentive service. Decor needs a bit of a revamp otherwise Masala Kitchen was a nice surprise.

Love the Thalli set lunch menu - great value, amazing taste, friendly staff with a welcoming smile. Food came very quickly. I highly recommended this restaurant for a quick meal or lazy afternoon of dining with friends.
