Quick efficient service, great food. Only event menu available, despite arriving after all "eventers" left and so not sure why they could not switch back.
The food and the service was great! Also really loved the pallet cleanser at the end!! I hope they sell it desperately one day :)
This place is a hidden gem. Appropriately attentive but not overly solicitous service. Broad & interesting menu, unusual variety for vegetarians. Great flavoursome food with clever & subtle arrangement of various spices in each dish. Consistent quality every time we visit. What a find!
The food was Delicious and the service was great too. Thanks for a great night. We will definitely be back and will be bringing our friends. 25 words is too many. I could have said this in 10.
Food was good but a little lacking in flavour e.g. an order for "hot" was quite mild . Service was lacking - several items were missed and drink service was very slow.
Definitely don’t come on a football night! Limited menu, huge wait for our food and our fish dish was raw and had to be sent back. We were charged for things that didn’t come. Half the food cane and got cold while we waited for rice and nan bread. In all, a disaster of s dinner!
Watery bland Dahl, unimpressive curry and dry pakora. I’d booked it for the vegan options, not realising a limited menu would be available. Incredibly underwhelming, we couldn’t even finish it.
Never got to eat the food because we left after waiting 55 mins with no-one apologising for the delay or even bringing some pappadums ! On arrival we emphasised we had to get to a show but were told food would take 30 mins. That was fine and even if the food had arrived with 10 mins to go we might have at least had something to eat. Served drinks but that was it. Left 1 hour after we arrived and service was appalling. Obviously the hold up was the kitchen but the staff never approached us to explain.
Very friendly staff and good food. Plenty of staff to ensure prompt service. Nice outlook over fox studios. It is certainly worth visiting and one of better restaurants in the area.
Great service and food and great value for money. I loved the butter chicken and chicken tikka! We will definitely visit again next time we are at the Entertainment Quarter.
Food was great as usual, however, the previous times I have been there they have asked how spicey I want it and this time they didn’t so it wasn’t how I have had it before. New staff were left at the bar and then didn’t know how to pour a SHOT! When the girls were clearing the plates they took about three plates at a time and had to come back over and over again. But other than that it was a good.
Delicious food! The staff were friendly and attentive. Followed up with the chosen spices for our meals which was lovely. Wish the meal portions were a little bigger but the Butter Chicken, cheese naan and tandoori bites were favourites!
So yummy! this was our first time ever eating at an Indian restaurant and it was so delicious. Very quick and friendly service. Thank you!!!
Shocking, it was almost comical trying to get food, every table was asking where their food was. 3 tables left without paying, staff didn’t even notice
The food was amazing, very reasonably priced and tasted so good. There were lots of dietary options available e.g. vegan which is a huge bonus. The restaurant looks stunning, it will look great in photos. And the staff were all helpful and kind!
We had aa very nice meal, sticking mainly to the street food menu. The samosa were tasty and different and the momo were as good as any I have had anywhere. Thoroughly recommended. Service excellent and very helpful
Excellent and authentic food with finely spiced quality ingredients. Friendly, attentive and efficient service. A truly first rate restaurant which we would highly recommend to anyone.
Lovely food, friendly staff. Favourites were Bhunna chicken and black lentils. The staff went all out to make us feel welcome. We had gone for a birthday celebration dinner and the staff brought out s special cake without us even asking.
Tasty food. The food came out quickly which was good because we were going to a game. But they took a while to bring out my friend's nan bread - had to ask for it twice.
Masala Kitchen was recommended by an Indian friend who'd recently dined there, he said we wouldn't be disappointed, he was right, the food was great, so was the service, we will definitely go back.
Some of the menu items were not available, like dosas. Otherwise the food was very nice and the service was very nice too. Very polite and courteous and respectful waitresses.
Westfields Food court quality. Menu was limited because of the swans game. Service was poor, food came out without rice, had to ask for rice 3 times, eventually came out after finishing our dishes!! Terrible restaurant, would never go back
