Your meal serving size is decreasing every time we visit. Hand full off loaded fries is not value for money. Atmosphere is great but increase in meal size will bring back repeat customers.

The staff seemed a bit flustered all night (giving us the wrong food, literally spilling a tray of drinks on another table) and they didn’t okay the music that makes the atmosphere what it is, but still amazing food.

Food was nice but pictures on social media seem exaggerated to what you get. Definitely on the pricey side - $100 for 3 people

Wonderful food and service... Only negative I could give would be that the drinks didn’t all arrive at the same time and then the food didn’t all arrive at the same time (only two of us at the table)...

Was expecting a much better meal got an average looking and tasting burger. I paid $17 for a burger which completely was not worth it. Quite disappointing as the ads show a juicy, big burger but did not get that. Also the service is terrible waited 15 minutes for someone to come to our table and that I can ask for some tissues. Seems like the workers don’t really care about going back to tables and checking on them.

We waited at the door for 10+ minutes to be seated. The food was not great. It was abit disappointing really.

Unfortunately it’s the “doesn’t taste as good as it looks” problem. After seeing all the amazing photos of the food on Instagram etc. Had high hopes for a treat. Honestly the food was just meh and have tasted way better at cheaper places. It’s not that it’s bad it just that it talks itself up so much re amazing food it’s a let down when your potato balls are cold and the cheese isn’t even melted for instance.

Orders came out at different times! Had to ask staff to take away our empty glades and water bottles . There was not a lot of room on the table. Saw staff standing around and not paying attention to customers already in house where tables could be cleared . It wasn’t Overly busy either. Understood the 10% surcharge but thought it was on total bill not every item ordered, that was a bit of a shock and overkill. Boarder line gauging in my opinion.
