The food was not edible, too salty, too much sauce on everything, sushi rice was squished so hard. I cannot believe steamed veggie were covered with salt. I know most of the food were just frozen food which doesn’t require a proper cooking, but at least chef should know how to prepare the food, it’s such a waste of food.

Food was very average this time, staff seemed very tired and over worked, no hello, no smiles unfortunately it felt like a robot experience. Restaurant was so loud we couldn’t hear ourselves talking and the food was dry but everything come out as requested which was good.

compared to the last time i was there it was horrible. Food took forever to come out. We had eaten and had desert and still waiting for food. no one came and took the empty plates away so the tables was covered and disgusting. wont be back

Atmosphere and service at this restaurant is very ordinary. Food is generally ok but this visit was not as good as I have had in the past.

Worst experience been to several Okami site they didn’t care rude & we were 2.88 grams and they wanted to charge us for waste we spent $147.00 REALLY with 200 grams allowed

The food here was excellent however took quite a while to come out.

Food was delicious. However tables were extremely close to one another, which caused multiple issues. 1. Being knocked in the head multiple times with the waiters tray. 2. Our first round of food ordered from the all you can eat menu went to the table mext to us. Also the drinks we ordered when we first sat down, one came out after 10mins the other took 30mins to come out very strange delay in our drink order. The lady I approached about our food going to the wrong table was very helpful and made sure the error was sorted and we got food after that!

Good service and quality, as expected from all Okami restaurants

Fast and friendly service from the team there. Food was fresh and delicious and the portion options suited us perfectly. The staff there were very accommodating and the food was terrific value for the price. Website booking was easy to do. I was particularly pleased with their attention to the notes I added to the booking. Appreciate it.

Amazing service for a Sunday evening! Service was fast and flowing. Sad they have removed black sesame ice cream and Tayaki fish dessert from their menu. But they have replaced tayaki fish to brown sugar rice cake, they were super delish!

Arrived on time and ordered through their QR code and was informed that their website didn’t work after 30 minutes. They came to take our order. We left cause why wouldn’t you tell us that at the us. Useless

Everything wasn't up to our expectations like our experience at the Melton location Okami. Food was okay but took way to long to get to our table. Some food that was ordered didn't even make it to our table so we had to reorder. At one point we waited 20 minutes just for a tray of sushi and there was another customer that was complaining because of the waiting time as well. It wasn't the best experience especially when you have 3 young kids crying for food. We ended up just asking for the desert just to keep them calm.

We visit this Okami quite a bit. We hadn't been there in a while, so my family and I were definitely looking forward to our dinner. Unfortunately there was some kind of technical issue (not sure if it was my end or your end) but our food wasn't going through to order properly. We had to keep checking with staff to make sure our food had gone through. All of the Sushi we ordered this time was not enjoyable. It had a very strange taste to it. We definitely left not feeling as satisfied as we usually do. The ladies that looked after us were amazing as always
