it was a great place although I was waving down waiters to order and refills on my water. overall a good place

Staff did their best to service however there were not enough staff. Food was not as good as it used to be. Really not worth the money sadly because the concept is really good.

We loved the food and service and had a very good time.

The food was luke warm when served and late. The rice for the sushi was too gluey, and it seemed like they used the worst cuts of meat. It used to be really good but not sure what happened

Okami never fails to disappoint. Came here to have a meal with some clients and they ate almost as much as I did. Would definitely recommend Okami if you’re trying to make a good impression on a client :)

Very pleasant, food was nice and hot, good service, but one little hiccup, didn’t worry us, as the staff were lovely.

Tonight they were super packed and I had concerns that I would not be able to get much service. I was pleasantly surprised with how well they managed to keep up with all of the tables. It felt like every time I needed to order someone was there waiting.

Another visit at Okami and as per usual it does not disappoint. By now I think my favorite dish has to be either the prawn dumplings or the chicken karaage, I can’t decide between the two they’re both delicious!

First time coming here for a valentines date with my partner (one day late though), definitely coming back as the atmosphere was perfect!

I took a friend from China, Jozef Chen, here because he was visiting some friends to teach jiu jitsu and he absolutely loved it. This has now become my go to place to take friends or anyone I want to have a meal with.

This was my first time going and I could not be more pleased with the overall experience.

The food was good and comes out quick but the service is lacking a bit, it would be nice if the wait staff were more attentive to wiping down the table and removing empty dishes, refilling water jug, even pushed to one side of the table they still didn’t clear the table before the birthday cake came out. A bit more attention would make for a better experience.

Staff were very obliging and helpful when extra people turned up without letting me know.

Always an easy enjoyable family lunch! Something for everyone from Grandma down to the youngest grandchild! Delicious and fresh, happy, friendly staff, great service.

Unfortunately service was slow. Food was being taken to the wrong table. When we questioned where our order was, we were lied to being told that there was no rice, with rice being brought out to other tables. Very long wait times with us having to flag down a waiter for every order. We felt like we weren’t listened to and were an inconvenience as a customer. Will not be returning
