Polite and friendly 😌 food tasty! Will visit again !

Food at Okami is always good, and with friendly service.

I like the new menus. Interesting having QR codes now to order food. It definitely means you don’t have to wait for a waiter to come to take your order. I like it :)

We had an amazing time and loved the food and service.

Great food as usual,, but they were very busy so service was a little slow. I staff seemed a little annoyed every time he came to our table, but in general the staff were usually smiling.

Worst food ever. Don’t want to think about it. Nothing was hot. All was soggy. Disgusting

Okami Caulfield menu offering is richer than the one in Hampton. You order through an app, the staff just brings along the dishes.

The restaurant was really cold. They did not have any heating on. When you go to a restaurant in the winter they should have the heating on so you feel warm and comfortable while eating. I asked them to turn on the heating and they did but it still took a long time to warm up. Also the price is very expensive now compared to what it used to be

This may sound crazy but the beef is not beef but rather lamb/mutton. Trust me I know what mutton tastes like.

seating wasn’t the comfiest and the table was very squished for two people. also the food was very bland which was disappointing as we’ve been to a very nice okami in pakenham but caulfield just didn’t live up to our expectations

Food was fantastic as usual. Service was very slow and orders were lost resulting in long wait times between food arriving. We also had to place the order several times before it arrived.

Great food. You get what you pay for with the all you can eat. The service was fairly quick with staff bringing out food soon after ordering it.
