Slow service and Slow arrival of food, not overly good value for money. Dessert is icecream and is not all you can eat.

Service a little slow at the beginning but picked up . Food and drinks totally up to expectation. A good dining experience.

The all you can eat sushi was excellent. Ordering was quick and easy via a tablet. Highly recommended.

A great family dinner for my daughter's birthday. The food was wonderful and being able to order a la carte was more than enough for us. The staff also put a candle in my daughter's ice cream and sang happy birthday. It was perfect!

the food is quite tasteless, which unusual4japanese cuisine........... Being japanese, really surprised they not have any sashimi can order without sushi for the all-can-eat menu, when that's the most common food in Japanese cuisine.......... The fried food was extremely soaked in oil, which I have never found in 20japanese restaurants eaten in ever, including dessert!!!!! The staff don't talk good english& are very hard 2understand coz such broad Asian accents!!!!!! Manager did try2help with my food, coz a lot of things I cant eat&react2lots&got plain sashimi organised4me, but took ages& only one flavour available when most Japanese restaurants have 3-6options available in sashimi....... When finished&paid, my credit card wouldn't work in eftpos machine, coz staff didn't look@card nor ask me what it was nor tell me they charged a fee4credit card& just assumed it was savings& didn't allow me2enter info into eftpos machine & insisted on doing, which obviously was wrong button they pressing& why card kept rejecting (customers should be allowed2enter card type on eftpos machine!!!!! servings in all-can-eat were so tiny, even smaller than they are at mugen kitchen in city....... Now u've been informed, good luck with ur meal @okami, whatever location u go2, u been warned& their excuse4everything was "everything has2be done that way coz told how2do everything by head office, but there's always a little room2play with those boundaries I feel, having worked in restaurants most of my life"......

I have never been to a Resturant similar to this great first time experince

Food didn't seem fresh. Sent back the squid due to the smell and taste. Sushi and sashimi also seemed to be old. Toilets were really dirty. Also freezing in there due to the aircon being on full blast. Added a surcharge onto the bill, even though it was a Friday night and the bill was over $150.

Three big parties all in one corner. Why? . Screaming kid didn’t help either though I appreciate you can’t do much about the kid.

Excellent service and tasty dishes, great value as it was all you could eat. Each dish was cooked to order and tasted fresh and served with in a reasonable frame. It was quite busy as it was a Sunday night but the staff were efficient and friendly

Went with friends who had recommended from a previous outing and we were very happy with the whole evenings experience. The food was the absolute hero of the night with so many outstanding flavour sensations, tastebuds were given a real treat👍🏻😊 Thanks to Hanson for our table service as well as the other lovely waiting team😊

The food was amazing! The presentation was spectacular. The portion sizes are small but that just means you can try more dishes for the All-you-can-eat. Extra bonus is kids under 3 are FREE! Love this place and they will see me again
