Very good service, I have been there many times。Will go again

We've been to a few different locations and this is by far the best venue. They provide a decent serving size and are super attentive.

Food was good. Service efficient. Ordering was tiresome. Would have preferred to have a waiter take our order.

The food on this occasion was not very good compared to previous times eaten at this restaurant. The food did not seem fresh and in some instances tasted like it was about to go off. I even returned one dish (main squid) as I thought it was very bad and did not want to risk food poisoning. The fried rice was quite poorly done ie did not look appetising and did not taste very nice. The chicken drum sticks were not fresh & also tasted like it was about to turn. My partner and I were very disappointed and will not return to this restaurant.

Food service was so fast and food was great. Tables and chairs were far too close together.

Very disappointed we booked on line and our request was to sit at the front of restaurant when we got there they wanted to put us in back room which we didn’t want but they said no we use to go there all the time we will not go there again.

Love the food. Service is good. The noise levels are crazy bad in a full restaurant - can't hear yourself think, let along communicate with people on your table.

Not too friendly stuff, I asked for a nice table as it was my anniversary but they put me in a table in the second section of the restaurant at the end. Stuff not friendly..

Food came out quick but food was inconsistent temperature wise. Eg chicken was half and half warm

Took a little while after being seated to get served. Granted it was a very busy evening. Food was lovely and and fresh. Plenty of selections. Staff were not overbearing, and we're available when we were ready to make another selection. Our meal was untrusted and very enjoyable. There were no left overs!

We booked last minute on the Saturday itself and it was easy. Food was good and the order came out very quickly. It was our first time dining at Okami and we ordered the small portion of one third of what’s on the menu and it was great, we got to taste a bit of everything.

We were very pleased with all aspects, particularly having a paper menu rather than an App based ordering system.

Okami Greensborough was Awesome. Quick with the meals and they kept coming. Some we have been to slow down. But not this one. Great work.

Best Okami around the Northern Suburbs. I've tried Whittlesea and Epping - Epping is closer to my home but I prefer Greensborough store due to consistent food, fast service (food comes quickly and empty plates are taken away quickly). Delicious quality food at a great price.

Communication was a little difficult as singer of the waiters didn’t speak English. Food and ambient was nice.

Since we last went there they have expanded the sushi available in the all you can eat and now have QR ordering which meant our food came super quick. It was a quieter day than usual so it will be interesting to see if the same service level is kept up in busier periods. Price pp has gone up too unfortunately but still good value as you can eat all you can.
