It’s not over crowded so serving is quicker. Food is great 😊

Communication was a little difficult as singer of the waiters didn’t speak English. Food and ambient was nice.

Since we last went there they have expanded the sushi available in the all you can eat and now have QR ordering which meant our food came super quick. It was a quieter day than usual so it will be interesting to see if the same service level is kept up in busier periods. Price pp has gone up too unfortunately but still good value as you can eat all you can.

Rude staff. Not one smile or hello or nothing nice to say. Food was ok. Have had better in other visits to Okami. Server dropped food onto table and just left not wanting to interact with us. Asked 3 times for forks for my kids and was made to feel like I was asking for a hard task to do. Will probably try another okami and will not return to Greensborough any time soon.

Little disappointed with our visit tonight - music was way too loud which made the whole area extra noisy as everyone was trying to talk above the noise level, food also took a long time to arrive.

Food was brilliant, and meals were really quick too. Price was great for an all you can eat. It was Ewans 24th birthday and he had a nice family dinner night.

Food, noise and space were all great and the service team equally so. Only area of improvement I want to see is table service for ordering which was provided a while ago instead of phone ordering for tables.

This is a very busy restaurant - and the service is very quick. It's QR code menu and ordering, but if you are a Luddite there are hard copy menus and you can order from the waitstaff. The food is as good as it gets and the 'All You Can Eat' for $43 per person means you can try lots of different dishes - however, penalties apply if you leave more than 200 grams uneaten (Save the planet - clear your plate). It's not hard to finish everything - and using the QR code ordering and quick service means that more dishes (which are entree sized) can be ordered as you are eating the first round. There were 3 of us and the serves were ideal to share - the Karage Chicken is SO good that we had a second serve. Strangely, the kewpie chilli mayonnaise, which goes so well with Karage is not available, so we know to take some with us. If you love Japanese food and don't want to pay a small fortune, then Okami is the place to go. The 3 of us were born in 3 different countries - England, Malaysia and Australia and it was interesting to see that at least ⅔ of the patrons were of Asian appearance - you know you're in the best Japanese restaurant when you can see so many ex-pat Japanese eating there.

Always have a wonderful experience at the Okami venues I’ve attended. It’s a frequent visit to Okami because the food is fantastic, the staff are always pleasant, and I don’t think I’m yet to have a bad experience!

Few items didn’t come out and no options to add comments with online ordering Otherwise was yummy and served hot

Good food. We had a 2 hour sitting from 7:45 pm however told kitchen closing at 9:00 pm?? Then they had to be reminded to bring out our icecream for dessert.

Don’t like the new scan system to order food . Ended up having to ask several times where our food was and what we’d ordered as it took so long . I understand was a busy night but service was very slow in the end . Food was delicious as always .

Okami have changed their ordering system to QR, service was very slow, dishes didnt turn up, when asking a staff member how long things would be they said no orders have come through although the beers we ordered did, no food came on the same order!? Apparently a glitch Best to go back to having real people taking orders, keep customers happy and returning is key to keeping a restaurant going. Technology really isn’t the way forward when there are unexplained glitches! A very frustrating dinner for 7 guests!!!

Great restaurant, love the food, but the new Ipad system is very annoying and paper menu's need to be included on the table to see what food is available.

Not impressed. Noise level through the roof. Food was good, but serves were on small side. Prawns were unavailable in the all you can eat option- pretty poor really

We love it. Staff are kind and patient even when extremely busy. Sometimes you can wait a while between orders but that is the way it goes in a very busy all you can eat with good food! Enjoy the company and have a chat and a beer. 🍱 We will always be back. It can be a bit loud depending on guests so if that bothers you take note, but again, it’s busy because it is very good! Thank you!
