It was okay, portion sizes have reduced, and it took ages for us to be served. Ending up leaving early due to lack of service. Also has a very high surcharge on card payments

Pretty expensive night out for a family of 4 these days. But it is tasty and fast once you get hold of a staff member to take your order.

Out of the three different Okami locations I have been to, Greensborough is the best by far. Service at the table to ask for next order every 10-15 minutes and quick to clear plates

Two things contributed to a not higher score: bones found in sashimi and the temperature. Air con was too strong! Apart from that, yummy as usual!

Celebrated Mother's Day at Okami. There was a beautiful blue coloured paper rose on the table. The food was amazing, some of the best we've had. Ate everything on our plate and we were very happy diners. Service was also outstanding. Highly recommend.

The food, the staff and the service were terrific. It would be good if there was a little bit more room around the tables as I found it difficult to carry conversations at our table - it was a busy Friday night, but it's the noisiest restaurant I've ever been to. That aside, everything else was excellent.

Great food service was fast and good value for money

Older lady was on floor was an anxious and aggressive. Never seen such things in Okamis branches. Young man who served us was great with an excellent customer service experience!

It was just ok. Had come for a special birthday, but drinks took ages to come out, so I’ll managed one drink each, food item never arrived despite following up. It was underwhelming this time around.

Food was fantastic and delicious we received our food before our drinks but as soon as the first plate came to the table our drinks arrived.
