Service was not good and didn’t like ordering in the app. Drinks didn’t arrive had to ask for them a few times. Sorry guys lost my vote to come back here.

Don’t like the new scan system to order food . Ended up having to ask several times where our food was and what we’d ordered as it took so long . I understand was a busy night but service was very slow in the end . Food was delicious as always .

Okami have changed their ordering system to QR, service was very slow, dishes didnt turn up, when asking a staff member how long things would be they said no orders have come through although the beers we ordered did, no food came on the same order!? Apparently a glitch Best to go back to having real people taking orders, keep customers happy and returning is key to keeping a restaurant going. Technology really isn’t the way forward when there are unexplained glitches! A very frustrating dinner for 7 guests!!!

Great restaurant, love the food, but the new Ipad system is very annoying and paper menu's need to be included on the table to see what food is available.

Not impressed. Noise level through the roof. Food was good, but serves were on small side. Prawns were unavailable in the all you can eat option- pretty poor really

We love it. Staff are kind and patient even when extremely busy. Sometimes you can wait a while between orders but that is the way it goes in a very busy all you can eat with good food! Enjoy the company and have a chat and a beer. 🍱 We will always be back. It can be a bit loud depending on guests so if that bothers you take note, but again, it’s busy because it is very good! Thank you!

We choose to bypass our local Okami, 5 minutes from home to travel 30 minutes to the Greensborough Okami because the service is great and the food is also nicer! Thank you!

Delish as always. One item we ordered got lost in the mix, but it arrived after we re-ordered it twice. Apart from that, the restaurant was not overly busy for a Sat evening and plates were cleared quickly and waiters came to take our order(s) multiple times during our sitting without being prompted. Delicious and not long waiting times for food to come out

Customer service was fantastic, Food was delivered quickly and empty dishes cleared as soon as they were finished. Seating was a bit squishy, with no room for people to move once seated. Hard up against the wall and the neighbouring table. Having tall people sitting opposite each other meant there was little legroom under the table and no way to move the chair further back to create room.

Food was great and came out quickly. Staff were lovely and removed empty plates efficiently. Was a really lovely night and lovely space.

In need of a quick, tasty Japanese feed? Okami definitely has you covered! Within minutes of ordering, the food comes flowing out to the table. There are a variety of tasty options and the food quality is usually good. Sometimes when I order steak it is a bit tough but other than that, most dishes are well prepared and yummy. Service is quick and efficient. It gets super busy and loud for obvious reasons - lots of families, after kids sports etc. But for the price and value, it's worth it!

Took over half an hour for a can of coke. Then they bought out 2 in the space of 5 minutes. Asked us to use the QR code, but every time it put items in the cart, it did not reach the kitchen. Then when we tried to order with the waiter, he was always too busy. We eat here at least once a month and this has been the slowest the staff have moved.

Service was fast and food was amazing! Definitely get your money’s worth.
