Love it here great and quick service, staff are friendly

Took a while to be seated but once we were the food came out very quickly and was delicious.

Was seated fairly quickly after confirming reservation. Waiters and waitresses were very polite and hospitable. Food came out quickly and got exactly what we ordered. Very happy! Thank you Okami Narre Warren.

When we went it was Saturday night and was very busy.we had to wait for our first dishes 25 mins, but after that they came out quickly. We had 2 dishes that were cold and send them back. Replaced with a smile. The rest of the food was hot and good. The noise level was extremely high. Frankston and Cranbourne restaurants are a little better for service and noise levels. But food is the small excellent. Good value for the food and served nice and fresh, because it is cook when you order.

We had advance warning to order up big at the start of the session and that was very good advice. Anything ordered after this was a long wait. Everything we had was very fresh and tasty. Only lucked out on 1 out of the MANY dishes the 5 of us ordered that was served cold. The service was fantastic.

Went with my family for Mother's day lunch. Everyone really enjoyed the food and the customer service was wonderful! The wait staff were absolutely lovely and the food was soooo delicious!! Definitely did not disappoint!

It’s a nice place to go eat definitely not a quiet relaxing dinner place. The food is good good portions but hard to enjoy when worrying about being charged for wasting food. Season times goo but take a while for food to come out so order a lot at one other than that safe are nice would recommend for a treat :)

Great food, served onto the table quickly. Some staff really need a lesson in customer service though. Other than 1 lovely waitress, the rest need to cheer up considerablt.

Food was amazing however they were very understaffed and we had to order things again several times as it didn't arrive and when it is a timed seating this is a little frustrating!!! Restaurant was extremely noisy

Overall great value for money, tasty food and was enjoyed by all ages in our family. Also was good for us to go to the first sitting and know we would be finished early enough to allow for people who had other places to go.

Food was nice but I’ve definitely had better quality sushi elsewhere. Service was excellent and food orders came out within minutes. Highly recommend the seafood tempura, takoyaki and squid salad. We ordered them multiple times. My friends who ate the meat dishes (beef/chicken) said they really enjoyed karaage chicken and the steak pieces. Overall $32.80 per person is fairly good for japanese and i would come back here again.
