Food was 8/10 really great, received dishes we didn’t order Though, 2/3 got there drinks within 15 mins however mine didn’t make it out until 50 mins since I ordered! Service is great however and wait staff are fabulous

Food was exceptional. The place was very noisy. We had a group and food was all left at one end which meant we weren’t sure what had actually been left in some cases. Waiter was great and took our order manually as for some reason the restaurant is now ordering by QR CODE which was not comfortable for our group. $10 corkage per bottle is outrageous and that alone will stop any revisit. Also the fact that there is no split the bill any more. Thankfully they did allow us to do this as we were unprepared for this change. In a set menu restaurant I do not see the reason for not allowing this. This will also factor into us not wishing to return unfortunately. Also, an unhealthy insistence on cash, although when pushed they did take a card.

Service was amazing. Food was great. Only feedback is tables are too close together, and the table we were seated at right next to the door made my daughter feel like she was sitting in the entryway. Maybe remove this table and spread the rest out a bit.

We always love coming to okami. The price increase however means we can’t do it as often as we used to. Good service but the waiters take plates too early and I feel rushed to eat.

Food was lovely, always yummy but we were just sitting having a glass of wine, chatting and even though it saids it closes at 10.30, we were told it was shutting at 9.30 and rushed out. Cleaning up around those left from about 8.45 - moving furniture, harsh cleaning smells etc etc and that’s not relaxing having dinner out on a Friday night.

Food was served warm & not hot… it was like it was packet food , heated & served from a Bain Marie with a dollop of kewpie mayo.

Great food. Very friendly service. It would be nice to be able to see a tally of what food had been ordered, delivered and was still to come to make ordering for a large group easier but the food was very fresh and was delivered quickly.

Service was a little disappointing as the staff was not very attentive but goos food.

The new QR code system is a great idea, a lot quicker and a lot more efficient than having to wait for a waiter to come and take our orders and it reduces the possibility of the waiters taking down the orders incorrectly. My wife and I had almost given up on Okami altogether after the bad service we got at Okami in Pakenham, where waiters would just dump the food down on the table and walk away, as though they were feeding a dog. We complained about that a number of times to the manager at Pakenham Okami and he told us, that's just how they do it. We made an online booking with Okami in Narre Warren, with a special request that they don't serve us in the same manner, we brought this to the attention of the manager when we arrived at Okami Narre Warren and he assured us that we will be asked who each dish is for, which did happen except for one time. There were a couple of dishes that we returned because they were served cold and they were meant to be hot, there is no way to request "no ice"in a drink when ordering it from the QR code and my wife doesn't like ice in her drinks. Okami is still not a restaurant that we will be rushing back to but our recent experience at Okami Narre Warren was a vast improvement on our previous experience with Okami Pakenham.

Some order are need to wait a long time to wait.

Cannot be beat best okami in the area food is always fresh quick and great staff.

The only feedback I have is that the staff should not start cleaning the tables and mopping the floors while guests are still enjoying their dinner in the restaurant.

We weren't offered menus only ordering via QR Code. We hate this type of ordering, especially in a group as it is way too difficult. More than one member of our group was new to Okami so needed a menu to look at, none were offered. Most of the deserts were unavailable. The food was average.

Had a great night with friends for my wifes birthday
