Staff are very friendly & helpful. Food is amazing! definitely will return!

Not a good experience in ordering. They need to have.a proper mechanism to keep customers noted about what they order ans what have been delivered. We didn't get what we ordered and even staff couldn't properly verify when requested. If customers are requested to place orders, they should also kept up-to-date with order status.

Food was great. Service was great as well. Dinning area floor was so slippery walking on ice. This need to be rectify ASAP. Somebody is going to be hurt very soon.

Hi - I am normally a big fan of Okami food however yesterday I felt the quality of the food was not great.

They prefer you to order through the QR code. We chose to order through the waiter. Found those that used the QR code got better service and food quicker. They forgot our sushi platter twice upon ordering it. Floor surface was very slippery. My mother in law struggled to get grip with her walking stick. But food was nice.

Never recommend any one this restaurant,manager very rude not friendly

The food was good. It was very crowded and noisy. Apart from that the service was prompt.

Service was really good (the team there are really nice and helpful), the food was good, but just one thing brought down the rating - the wasabi. I know it sounds petty, but given you're eating sushi and sashimi the wasabi should not feel like and taste like little blobs of sand. Other than this , the service was quick and efficient!

The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. The staff were attentive, friendly and made the experience even more enjoyable.

We had to order with the QR code which didn't feel very personal, but once the food was ordered, it was quick to the table and the food was fresh and good quality. Customer service was great, very polite and courteous waiters.

Fast food delivery, nice staff, fresh food. Although maybe too salty to me, had to drink a lot afterwards

The food is great, we go here regularly now as it’s what my kids like to eat too, sushi and teriyaki steak.

Food was delicious as always, kids enjoyed eating their sushi and ice cream after that. Welcoming staff and great service.

Just not happy with the new ordering system . I sat near the toilet and was unsatisfied. There should not have table there. The ice cream was very very hard to eat . Th waiter forgot order sometime.

The all you can eat deal for $40ish is well worth it. Food is always pretty decent, and you can keep ordering until you're content (well you have 2 hours anyway).

All is good and not so bad.. a new food and cuisine experience. .. Bit of too much rice or noddle in most options. Even before we finish eating the waiter took all our plates, drinks and forks. Ording ice cream was so difficult and not even given any spoons to eat.

I was expecting a nicer venue. The food wasn't fresh, it was pre-made and very cold when served. Very different to the Sushi Train restaurants ive been to, where all their food is made to order. Okamoto has a limited variety of sushi, and doesn't offer any Sashimi (which is my fave). This was very disappointing to see. Their steak is over cooked and quality of their meat was low grade. I'm a lover of steak, and I was disappointed with my steak dish.

absolutely beautiful food, as usual 😁 celebrated my birthday here with friends and family. Okami staff were great for setting an extra seat for a friend who called up at the last minute. Okami also organised a birthday cake and song over the speaker for us 🥳 it was very nice of them, thanks so much for a wonderful birthday

The QR ordering system has faults. Many of our orders didn’t seem to go through to the kitchen. The staff couldn’t figure out if our orders went through so it was a game of chance just visiting to see if our order came out.
